I had a fantastic time. The suites were spacious and everyone on the hotel staff was helpful, talkative, and polite. Dora was especially helpful. She taught me some words in Spanish and was the best ending to my time at Valentín! My only complaint is the lack of spicy food. They cater to American and European taste.

Very happy!!!
Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya is the best place to stay. Beautiful beaches. pools with lots to do and a variety of excellent food. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, always able to assist and keep you happy. It was the best way to start 2025. This was our third time to stay and we will be back.

So much fun
Everyone was so friendly! I really enjoyed how spread out the resort was. There were never lines to wait in and so much to do. I loved how the staff was so attentive to us and our time there. I will definitely be back!

Another great vacation!
We stayed at the VIM for our ninth visit on Jan 2 - 9th. We immediately noticed all the remodeled areas and restaurants. One reason we love to return to VIM is the entertainment. We have been to many other AI resorts and no other resorts has all day and night entertainment going on. As usual the staff is fabulous and the food is always great. We are looking forward to our 10th visit!!!!!

20 return visits and it just gets better!
Our visit was from November 12 thru the 19th, our20th trip to VIM, and it was incredible. We stayed in building 7 on the second floor, we usually stay in building 5 but the Golden rooms are easy to become accustomed to. They are so nice and the view overlooking the Golden pool is glorious morning or evening. We made many new friends and renewed acquaintances with others. We flew out of KC on Southwest and it was one of the best airlines we've been on, easiest check-in, boarding and flight, extra points for getting us there early! Breezed through customs and baggage, connected with our driver outside (Thanks Santiago Chavez with Local Tours!) and with ice cold cervezas provided by our driver, we were on our way to paradise. We did the Prive check-in and went to lunch at the newly remodeled Le Marche, the meal and ambiance was excellent and I was delighted to see guacamole and a taco el pastor meat braizer added to the lunch buffet. Our room was prepared after lunch so we changed to our swimsuits and started the party in the pool! Bartenders Michel, Johnny, Diego, Sonja, Veronica and Joel made excellent drinks and ensured we never saw the bottom of our drink cups. Lorenzo and his entertainment staff kept the fun going all day, rain or shine. The beach was rocky but sea shells were abundant and there were beautiful examples readily available. The ocean was a little rough but people were out in the water. As others have recommended, take your water shoes if you want to get in the ocean. It was too cool for us, made the pool feel good. The meals and food were excellent as always, our favorite places, Ginger and La Alsace were frequent stops as was Mar and Tierra. We reconnected with some of our favorites, Edgar, Angel, Noemi, Oscar, Samuel, Isaac, Abelardo, Antonio and Bernadino. Wonderful people that keep us coming back. We had a fabulous meal with Oscar at the French Restaurant and William at the Sushi bar is a magician creating sushi delights. Mornings at the coffee shop with David were always fun and he created just the right coffee blend for the morning wake up drink. The evening entertainment was always great, the bands along with the Magic, Circus and Michael Jackson show, filled the evening (along with more than a few churros!). We will return for trip number 21 in April of 2025. VIM delivers!
