Contest Rules & Regulations:
No purchase necessary. Contestants must be at least 21 years of age at time of entry to win. Prize includes three night hotel accommodations at a Sandals or Beaches Resort, round-trip transfers to and from airport, all meals including anytime snacks, unlimited beverages, nightly entertainment, all water and land sports, all government hotel taxes and tips. Holidays and special events may be blacked out. Total trip value is approximately $1000. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be selected on 12/15/05 through a random drawing of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail on or about 12/30/05. Family members of Funjet Vacations, The Mark Travel Corporation and Sandals and Beaches Resorts are not eligible to win. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Funjet Vacations the right to use his/her name and/or likeness for any advertising and/or promotional purposes without further compensation or permission. Winner and guest will be required to sign the Funjet Vacations Bill of Rights. Funjet Vacations is not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by contestant as a result of winning. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws apply. Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted. Winner is responsible for travel to valid Funjet Vacations departure city.
