Riu Palace Punta Cana and Riu Palace Macao are both located on the glorious Arena Gorda Beach, highlighted in the video. Watch to see just why I call it "glorious."
Not only is it a mile long, Arena Gorda is wide, so it never feels crowded.
I also recommend beach aficionados use their exchange privileges to Riu Naiboa and Riu Palace Bavaro to visit another of Punta Cana’s top beaches, Bavaro Beach. Coral reefs protect Bavaro Beach, making a calm pool of water perfect for swimming. The warm clear waters of Punta Cana make both Arena Gorda and Bavaro great snorkeling and scuba diving. You can borrow masks, snorkels and fins from the resort. You can also borrow other equipment, like body boards, kayaks and more to really squeeze the most out of these beaches.
Have you been to either of these beaches? Have a favorite spot? Tell us in the comments below.
