It is possible to indulge and keep up your fitness routine at the same time. In fact, free from your daily responsibilities and layers of cold-weather clothes, you might be more inspired to get out there and get your heart pumping (Okay, ziplining and parasailing will also increase your heart rate, but they won’t burn calories). Think of it as another way to indulge yourself.
