BEFORE THE CEREMONY
The bridal suite at Royalton Riviera Cancun's world-class Royal Spa is the perfect place to get ready with all of your beauty essentials. The bridal suite can host up to 8 ladies at a time to socialize, and the best part is that the bridal suite is just $300 (USD) for 4 hours. The rental includes fresh fruit, sparkling wine, and other juices. If this doesn’t scream mimosa bar, we don’t know what does!
THE CEREMONY
Package Recommendation: Vow Renewal Package for $549 (USD)
Royalton requires proof of at least 2 years of marriage to take advantage of this great deal. The package includes up to 10 people, and additional guests can be added on for just $20 per person. While there are a handful of inclusions with this package, a few of our favorites are VIP check in, welcome cocktail, late check out for the couple, 20% discount on spa treatments, a ceremony wedding location of your choice, bridal bouquet, grooms boutonniere and a champagne toast immediately following the ceremony.
THE CEREMONY VENUE
Ceremony Location Recommendation: Sky Terrace for $1,550 (USD)
The Sky Terrace is the perfect location for an intimate gathering or a larger affair that offers secluded privacy for your group of up to 90 guests. Make the most of your Sky Terrace experience and host cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony. By hosting cocktail hour in the same location as the ceremony, you will have more time to capture picture perfect moments with the ocean views that surround you.
The best venue with its own elevator and private restrooms, you will receive a welcome cocktail for guests as they arrive to the ceremony, white fabric for the Gazebo, ribbon ties for the chairs, high top tables set up for cocktail hour and a glass vase and colored sand for a Sand Ceremony if you should choose to have one.
THE RECEPTION VENUE
Reception Venue Recommendation: The Nautica Beach Bar, included with a private reception dinner.
The beach bar is essentially a wooden deck with a partial gazebo on one end, situated right in front of the crystal blues of the ocean. This venue can fit up to 40 guests comfortably for a buffet style dinner, and 70 for a sit down plated dinner. The cool breeze off the water will feel intoxicating in the Riviera Mayan heat once the dancing and celebration are kicked up a notch. Ladies with high heeled shoes will thank you later for the hard wood surface.
THE RECEPTION ADD-ON
Reception Recommendation: Mexican Experience for $3,199 (USD)
The Mexican Experience is the best way to give your guests a taste of Mexico. You can combine this package with any wedding package you choose, the initial pricing is for up to 20 guests and each additional guest is $50 per person. FLORAL AND DECOR
There is no one size fits all for floral and decor, but one thing that works for most brides is letting the natural and beautiful setting do all the hard work. Bright vibrant colors or soft neutral tones will make this wedding location glow. Lighting is particularly important here. We suggest LED candles for the focal point in the centerpieces and creative lighting to make sure the space is bright enough at night.
