    Rooftop visit

    Just visited this hotel to go and have a drink on the roof top bar. You had to pay €10 which inc your first drink. So 4 have us paid went up and there were no seats. They should not be letting anyone up with no seats and should know when it’s full. We spoke to a very rude unhelpful lady who wouldn’t let us sit where hotel guests are. We went downstairs for a refund and equally when we asked for a refund that was an ordeal too. Eventually we got our refund. What a waste of time and wouldn’t bother with this roof top experience. It was also a rather grubby area.

    Drinks & lunch with a fantastic view

    We popped in for drinks at the rooftop bar following a couple of recommendations. We were welcomed at the door & directed to the bar via a direct elevator. We had a couple of drinks then decided to stay for lunch which was delicious-Caesar & quinoa salads. The lone server, Patricia, was very pleasant & efficient.

    Fabulous, excellent staff & service.

    Fabulous Stay, Super friendly staff. Each year if we are in Spain we like to spend last day in Malaga. This year we had the time and pleasure to stay two nights during Three Kings Celebrations. From the reservation process and particular Ava, every moment of our stay was so well organised. Arrival was prompt and greeted with smile. Our New Year welcome cake was a surprise and greatly appreciated. We decided to add breakfast to our plan and this we did not regret. The buffet was very well presented with so many hot and cold options that were regularly replenished. Hot teas coffee was available on request. Check on the evening before which allowed for speedy morning departure. We look forward to sharing the time next year and thank you for your a lovely stay.

    Great experience

    A hotel very worthy and deserving of a 5* beautiful views and beautiful people. Special thanks to Leo who made the stay worthwhile for us and was so nice with giving recommendation. Great breakfast for an AC. Overall the staff make the place.

    Location with fantastic rooftop view.

    Malaga was much more than we expected. Clean, walkable, and beautiful city on the coast. The Palácio just added to the experience. Room 503 with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street below with a direct view of the Cathedral within a stones throw. A rooftop pool, restaurant and a view to die for was a great place for pictures. The room was very clean and shower was great. Very good buffett breakfast . No complaints here.
