    POS hotel. Find a different shuttle hotel

    I came by shuttle in the middle of the night. Thier systems was down, and they won't let you pay in the morning. They won't give a ride to a working hotel, and thier Shuttle stopped working while I was there. They gave me no sympathy and No options.

    In its favour, it’s close to the airport. You have to call them first to get the shuttle to collect you at the airport … I didn’t know that… so had a bit of trouble getting there. The sheets & bathroom were clean but the hotel is dated & without character! The shuttle back to the airport only runs every hour and I had to pay more when I got there for some reason that was explained and was actually included in my paperwork but that I had not noticed! I prefer to have all charges up front and clear…. this extra charge was irritating at the end of a long journey!

    Dont do it go somewhere else!

    No dont do it! This place is NOT as advertised at all. Shows breakfast..... outragious diner! You pay to eat! Two free drinks when you check in but its a bar, no water or soda that we saw. The hotel is very outdated and smelly. Looks like the ghetto! Handicapped people were put way up on 4th floor in a reg. Room they couldnt even shower. Our coffee maker had old used coffee pod and napkin in it for some reason. It was nasty. The tub was dirty with a black ring, and long black hair in the sink. They dont even have coffee or water in the lobby while youre waiting. This is not at all what we thought we were getting! Way over priced for this junk hole!! Im very honest with my reviews! Im there in person and witness what i review.

    Average hotel but close to airport.

    We stayed here to make an early morning flight easy. The hotel offers an airport shuttle both ways and with the amount of luggage we had this saved quite a bit in ubers. The hotel itself is really quite old. Very basic hotel rooms with noisy aircons etc. The food we ordered that night was very average and the service there was terrible. The beds were old but soft and we slept OK. I would only stay here if you needed to be near the airport, which worked for us.

    Loud band all night!

    Fridays and Saturdays feature a very loud band in the middle of the hotel. A very lousy band that keeps turning up the music. If you want to sleep don't stay here. Hotel management refuses to do anything about it since they just rent the space to the restaurant. Very irresponsible! We had to get up at 3 AM to catch an early flight, so barely slept.
