  Experience This Excellent Resort!

  We just returned from our eight night stay at The Alexandra. Wow! This resort is very, very nice. It is not the general all-inclusive resort that is generally available within this price range. It is many steps above! We stayed in a one bedroom guest suite. The furnishings were adequate. The bedding was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer in the unit.The kitchen was nicely furnished. The bathtub and shower were great. The resort offers excellent food all day long. We really appreciated the gourmet quality food at both The Alexandra and it's sister resort, Blue Haven. The Fire and Ice restaurant at Blue Haven is excellent.The resort has everything one could want. The service was outstanding. The staff was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and so helpful. I wish to acknowledge the wait staff at breakfast . The woman making omelets and Judy Ann were especially great. We want to also thank Markenley Amilcao at the front desk for all of his assistance in making everything go smoothly. I would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you! Karen Haagensen.

  Natalee Reid TCC Photography World at Alexandra Resort - All Inclusive

  Natalee Reid is a professional photographer and captured lifetime memories we will never forget. Natalee is the biggest reason of why we loved staying at the Alexandra Resort. She made the session so fun, comfortable and was such a wonderful director to us on getting the perfect photos. I will never forget what she did for us. I've been with my now Fiancé for 10 years now, and these are the best photos we have with each other. I will cherish these photos for my entire life, and I will never forget what this beautiful photographer did for us. Thank you so much Natalee. I wish you all the success you could dream of, you deserve it and truly look into booking with Natalee if you're a customer looking at this, whether it's for yourself, family or loved ones, you will only leave the session feeling 100% happy and satisfied.

  We were grateful and Appreciative for the staff at Alexandra Resort!

  To Alissa Walkin and the owner(s) We stayed at the resort from January 10th to the 13th of this year ( 2025), the journey to get to Alexandra was not easy! Life circumstances forced us to cancel the first reservation. We had to pay more money to be able to celebrate our 25 years anniversary. We even questioned whether or not it was worth! However, as we got there they were a few staffs that made it all worth it! Those individuals who we will be listing below made our stay at the resort magical! In all honesty, my husband and I don’t believe there would be an Alexandra resort without those important players! We do hope the owner shows them appreciation. Most importantly, they deserve raises, bonuses….! Anything that needs to be done to keep them doing what they do best as they do it with smile, courtesy, passion, pleasure… We will recommend the resort purely and because of them! The food were prepared with love because they were extremely delicious! The rooms were very clean! Overall, we had a great experience! We took the time to get their names, please don’t ignore our comments! We urge you to recognize their contributions! From guest registration, bellman, boss boy, chefs, bartender, waiter/ waitress, housekeeper, entertainment…The staff are the best thing that happened to the resort!   Excellent resort and vacation!

  We had the best experience at this wonderful resort for our first visit to the Turks and Caicos! I wanted to recognize some of the staff who were the most awesome staff at a resort and they made our vacation: Sudion, Judy Ann, Adrian, Ricar, Gloria, Angela, Ramon, Garth, Stephen, Millianne, Barbie, Razor, Keisha, Mr Charles, Tishauna, Skyer, Milan, Miss Lill, Mary Chris, Derika, Rosalinde Dauot, Ensley, Romaine, Nicola, Forty, Alan, Boscoe, Michael, John, Kaelen, Dieubon, Wesley, Ronald, Smiley, Tshane, Tash, Verona, Majorie, Louise, Sylvie, Juliana. They were all awesome staff!

  Amazing staff!

  My friend and I went in November and loved it so much we are currently planning to go back August 2025. I took off one star because the hotel wasn’t the fanciest but everything was always clean and we felt very safe there. Now the staff, that’s TEN STARS! The staff really made our stay amazing. Everyone was friendly and fun and full of energy and the guests fed off that energy making everyone so enjoyable to be around. We are definitely going back solely because of the staff and we can’t wait!
