    Excellent time

    It was our first time south. It was an absolute wonderful experience. We went with a wonderful group of people. The staff, from registration to food to entertainment to drinks to service were very nice .

    the best experience

    We were there for five days, the most enjoyable five, and everything was fantastic. What I loved most was that we were able to dine at the Cielito Lindo restaurant twice. The waiters were super attentive and very helpful, as was the lady at the restaurant. She was very friendly and always smiling. She was always there to make sure everything was okay, not just with us, but I saw her passing by the other tables, if I remember correctly. Her name is Shirle Castillo. She and the waiters made our vacation the best it could be.

    Very restful

    The food was good and varied, the employees very joyful and available, the room was comfortable and clean, the hotel was well located (close to the beach, in a beautiful area, close to attractions) and great for families! We had everything we needed!

    Allegro Playacar Review

    Overall was good for the price, not sure if I would go back or not. Went to town for most of the food due to unsatisfied with food choices

    Great value all inclusive

    The Allegro is a beautiful all inclusive resort. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. It is located right on the beach, and there are two pools to enjoy. The staff are gracious and efficient. The food and drinks are plentiful, you can get something to eat pretty much at any time of the day. It is located about a mile from the shopping area, a pleasant and easy walk. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioners work well. A bracelet is used for entry into the rooms, and unfortunately they don't always work properly. We got locked out of our rooms on two occasions, and had to wait for over two hours in the afternoon to get into our room after lunch. Another negative was that the shower was luke warm at best, and we do love a hot shower :) Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would return.
