    Mario made our stay 5 STARS RESORT LEVEL

    Mario made our visit 5 stars!! He epitomizes customer service with his incredible warmth, attention to detail (everything from noticing I needed help with my kids to helping us to our rooms) to going above and beyond with our needs when a nearby guest was violating the noise rules and other unique needs during our stay. We may of stayed at the ALoft but his customer service made it felt like a 5 star luxury resort! Can’t thank him enough

    Easy place to stay

    The property conditions are poor compared to other Alofts i have stayed. But the Upshot Padro in the roof top bar made the stay enjoyable. If you stay, say hi to padro tip him well. By the way the staff and service is top notch. Just the building is tired

    Pay attention do not check people into occupied rooms at 4am

    Hotel had a lot of positives but giving someone our room key at 4am is not okay . Free drinks on roof is great - location is great. Front desk needs to know about restaurants etc. The front desk is more involved in speaking with one another than servicing guests - security is friendly and knowledgeable .

    Amazing staff!

    Just super wonderful Staff!!!! Mario, Arturo, Carlos, Edouardo… just to name these ones. WOWWWW.. Hope management team will give them a raise to the staff, it’s one of the main reason why this place is so amazing. This hotel is amazing in a super location. People who s complaining about this place, should stay home! From your Friend Señor Marc and Mimi ❤️
