  Lovely stay

  Friendly staff, clean and welcoming space. Great amenities. Enjoyed the pool, bar, and pub downstairs with boquete beers. The rooms are like pictured with great city view. We would be happy to stay here again on another trip to Panama City.

  THEY STEAL! NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR HELP FROM MANAGEMENT!

  Got my card stolen from out of my room and used to purchase $1500 worth of clothing and electronic merchandise. This happened either while I was getting breakfast or when I went downstairs to the bar for a quick bite. Informed management of what happened notifying them that nobody had access to my room except for housekeeping and staff from the hotel. Their response to the issue was basically “we can’t to anything, you would need to contact 2 separate numbers, wait for them to examine the situation, then maybe we can get involved and check cameras”. Was patient and tried to go through the proper channels but neither front desk, security, management was willing to get involved.

  Solid Hotel- Met all the Needs

  Solid hotel in Panama City! This was my first visit to Panama. Was on a tour with other professionals from my industry. While I typically stay at luxury and upscale brands, I was very satisfied by the comfort and amenities of this Aloft. For me, the number one feature is room comfort, and this hotel delivered. A simple, yet modern room with solid amenities, a very comfortable bed, and a good shower. Recommended!

  Multiple Marriott’s Customer Promise Failures.

  I stayed at this Marriott Property 25 Nights, June 19-July 14, 2024, and it was so bad I was contemplating leaving Panama the first week. This is an International Hotel yet English is spoken very poorly and mostly not at all. During my stay I experienced as an American and Caucasian many encounters with Staff here and in the Sheraton Grand that felt to me very Discriminatory in nature. I had significant issues that were not met as a then Marriott Platinum Elite Ambassador which I brought up to the Manager in person and she subsequently made Promises that she never acted on. I was repeatedly denied the Complimentary Breakfast so much so that I felt as though I was walking on egg shells the entirety of my Stay. I never felt totally Comfortable nor Safe at Aloft Panama. I encountered many problems with my Room, many Huge Groups staying there the whole time, overzealous Security saying and doing inappropriate things, etc. I have never had such a bad experience as this one with any other Hotel. Adding insult to injury, I have communicated with Marriott International 8 times or more beginning during my stay and they are no help at all. I would suggest looking at a Hyatt Property. This Aloft Panama is suppose to be a 4 Star Hotel…it is 1 Star at best.

  Great service, comfortable room, delicious food!

  My mother and I stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious, great view of the ocean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there was ample storage for our belongings. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning at Red Fusion. Delicious variety of foods, perfect temperature, and impeccable service. Oleika, Wendy, and all the service staff were very nice, greeted us daily, and took care of any requests we had. Rachel at the front desk was always polite and helpful as well. We would visit the front desk daily for our complimentary bottles of water before heading out for the day. Great location and access to the Sheraton where we enjoyed a few meals at Las Hadas. There is a casino on property which we did not have time to visit. Overall, we recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.
