Beautiful sea view, very large hotel and lots of people to go with it
Average experience, the hotel was clean enough and there is a stunning sea view. The lifts are essential due to the height of the hotel however one didn’t work and there was excessive wait times for the working lift. The grounds of the hotel do require walking up and down various flights of stairs so may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. There was a clear issue with accessing loungers round the pool with people queuing indoors to be let out to put their towels down. We saw people who had had all their towels removed from loungers and left on the floor, and people who were aggravated toward the lifeguards over loungers. This is not somewhere that we would return, based on the lounger/pool situation, the quantity of lifts not being suitable for the hotel capacity and the amount of stairs.

Nice hotel
Lovely view from our balcony. Loved the dining room and the food was great. Very clean. Very few lifts and had to wait for a long time for one to arrive. I would stay in the hotel again but would not return as I wasn’t too keen on the surrounding area/ town. There is no lovely marina / harbour etc.

Simply beautiful
We had a beautiful view to wake up to each morning ...comfy beds and kept immaculate...a wide range of choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner and also beverages....and the entertainment was superb...the pools were beautiful and plenty of sun loungers to choose from

Lovely hotel poor resort
We stayed at the Callas de Mallorca resort and it was lovely. The staff were great with the lovely Maria Jesus who ensured a lower floor room because of my mobility. The unassuming but hardworking Francisco and Jose. The outdoor space was well maintained and very pleasant with spaces to have peace and quiet. The food was good, even suited my very picky husband. Our room wasn’t cleaned as well as it might have been but it was a huge room with a peaceful outlook. The lifts were obviously a problem but we managed the one flight of stairs. The strength of this hotel are its staff who deal with everything with a smile despite coping with some extremely rude guests who treated them shockingly. Callas de Mallorca itself as a resort is run down and tacky and for that reason ( not the hotel) we will not be back.
