    A spacious and beautiful hotel

    Second visit and still great, love the main pool (not heated but still fine for swimming). The views out to sea make it, not all closed in looking in on a pool like most hotels, a great feeling of space and openess. Its always so clean everywhere. Food is fine for an all inclusive of this price. Lots of fruit and salad and a fish and meat dish always cooked in front of you. Gym is good and nice space outside for weights and stretching. Only fault is breakfast juice for machine is really not nice, more like squash. Worth the upgrade to My fav club in our view as adds to the experience

    Overall quite poor.

    Rooms are clean, the hotel looks very nice and some staff members are really friendly, however that’s the only good things. The check in took 30 minutes and 3 trips to the room and back because she didn’t get the keycard working. The food was so bad. Inedible. Completely raw chicken and raw pork, along with everything else being undercooked. The entertainment is the least entertaining thing we’ve ever seen. Took a few headache tablets before headed there because the ‘entertainment’ team just scream down the microphones and clap. That’s it. Other than the same ‘show’ that’s repeated every other day.

    Friendly welcome

    Very friendly staff from our check in to whole stay , special thanks to Ozz in the entertainment team who made us welcome every day of our stay and Nadia on the hot plate her cooking , lovely smile and greeting made meals a pleasure . Slight negative it is very geared to the French visitors who have their own entertainment team , they are very funny and still friendly but our school level french was insufficient to fully enjoy this . Not ideal if you have mobility issues , accommodation is set on a steep incline .Rooms ,bars ,toilets, communal areas very clean .We stayed one ,week good variety of food to choose from . Very Good professional magic show rest of evening entertainment very French.We would however revisit .

    Quite poor for what we paid

    Paid extra for my favorite club. Our room was a disaster. The bathroom was very old; the paint was peeling off the walls, and the bathtub and showerhead were dirty. But the worst was the view from our room: walls on every side, with no view at all, like a basement. The food was poor, often cold. The walk to the beach was long and quite tricky. Entertainment was mostly in French or German, so there wasn't much we could do. Apart from that, it was OK. Will not come back there.

    Honest review

    Lovely hotel, good room, nice facilities. Food choices are good, worth upgrading to the our favorite club for little extras. Entertainment is poor unless you are French, not really geared at English speakers. Location - nothing in the area, lovely beach about 15 minutes away but it's a walk down a steep hill and back up! We got a taxi to Morro Jable which has a lot more going on. Overall if you want somewhere relaxing it should be on your list.
