CKO Stay - Amazing experience
Had a great stay here as part of a company CKO staff was friendly and accommodating. Only complaint were the wait times for certain menu items and the breakfast buffet closed a bit earlier than expected. Overall the hotel was nice, clean and loved the bikes that were all over the resort. Do wish there were some cheaper options to head to playa del carmen centro (rather than them hail you a cab which charges 500 pesos). Within the resort the beaches were super nice and the food was excellent!

I'm not going any more
Far too expensive compared to the services offered. Few entertainment, no courtesy room, so I had to take my shower at the.pool and change my toilet to take my plane from the hotels of this game, normally a room is loaned, obliged to book the restaurants upstream while there was hardly anyone in the restaurants, even.not.a welcome drink! Almost no activity on offer except a pleasant boat tour on the canals. Room facing the sea but with such vegetation that one has no view.

Unsatisfactory experience in Andaz.
Very limited dining options. Only 1 restaurant had good dinner but it was always fully booked. Dinner in other restaurants was unsatisfactory with poor quality and limited options, including vegetarian ones. Also no organised free physical activities, unlike other resorts.

Holidays
Our stay in Andaz Mayakoba was unforgettable and very fun, since you arrive they welcome you very kindly at check in they make you feel welcome they give you a stone to make a wish, the food is delicious in the restaurants, we order room service on 2 occasions and also this very rich, the staff is very warm, I recommend it, they have many activities, we went with the family to celebrate my mom's birthday and the whole family was delighted, we hope to return soon and live the great experience in Andaz Mayakoba, many thanks to all the people who make you have a very nice stay.

Never going to any Andaz resort
Do not go - everything was bad Lack of staff overall across the whole resort and all hotel functions because they all quit because Hyatt was flipping the resort from Andaz to a Lila and did nothing to take care of their staff or all the people that made reservations - food and drink service, golf cart drivers, housekeeping all terrible. Only 2 places to eat and the menu was always the same since all the other restaurants in the resort were closed.
