We’re a retreat. A place to relax and take in the beauty of Waikiki’s iconic sights and rolling swells, from sunrise to sunset. We’re a gathering place to connect with others and share memorable, meaningful moments. We’re a hub for discovering local music, art, and a lasting connection with our island community. And with stunning, front-row views of Waikiki Beach, we’re a place to reflect on the events of the day. And plan the adventures that lie ahead.

Loved the hotel and it’s OLU products
We had the best time here. It is our 4th time staying here (when it was Aston Waikiki) but our first time as The Twin Finn. Great welcoming from the check in folks (thank you to Mae who made it feel very personal by always remembering my name!) I’d say the best upgrade to this hotel was the amazing OLU products! The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were great! My favorite was the body lotion.. it was like nourishing silk for my body and I loved the tropical smell.. too bad they didn’t have purse size samples on the counter.. they would have gone home with me!! lol. This is truly one of the best products I’ve tried in a long time! Thank you Twin Finn for using this fabulous product in your hotel!

Never stay there again
What a disappointment, we stayed for 2 nights in early October and was amazed when we opened the door. There was 1 chair and a small desk, the balcony was about 2 feet wide with no furniture, the shower was an old bath with plastic curtains, the only cups were paper for any sort of drinks hot or cold, no wine glasses and no milk in the fridge. We enquired from reception about the shower and was told we do have walk in showers but they are for wheel chair access. We are both in our late 70s and it was difficult to climb into the bath for a shower. We asked about the milk for tea/coffee and was told there was a ABC store down the road if you want to buy some. They said they dont supply glass glasses because they have a pool. There is a bar/restaurant next to the pool and people were sitting there having their drinks in "glass" glasses !!! You have to wonder!!! We complained to our travel agent, who contacted the hotel and they were told by the hotel that we never complained at all. What a joke. I'd be surprised if our agent ever uses them again.

Roaches!! Beware!! Which I was told is normal to them
This hotel has roaches. I was in my room And the second day I seen roaches in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and they switched rooms and paid extra for a suite hoping it would be better. We moved to new room and 2 days later I went into the bathroom and boom roaches again. This is the first time I’ve ever had roaches in any hotel I have stayed at in my life. Went down to the lobby and asked for manager (Ricky) and When I brought it to his attention I was told this is a tropical climate so roaches/pest are normal. What? This is my 5th time to Oahu and I have never seen one roach. My stay was from 11/11/24-11/19/24

A poor experience in a run down facility
I fell twice trying to out of your slippery bathtub. Had to be lifted out. No grab bars at all! A travesty ! Simply illegal and dangerous for young as well as seniors ! I recently stayed 3 nights with a tour group of 50 Church History seniors, ranging in age from 65 to 94. We were all put in danger! We were told “oh mats would have been provide “ if we had asked ahead ! Are you kidding me!! They are standard in even a Motel Six ! I insist grab bars be installed in every tub. One of our seniors teaches OSHA courses at a Utah university. You can believe formal complaints will be filed ! Secondly there is mold around the tub filler spout and faucet handle. The bathroom floor is filthy and the baseboards and corners must not have been cleaned in months. My wife and I stayed in # 604

Poolside Cabana guest - I'll be back!
I didn't stay at this hotel, but it seems like a great option if you want easy and close access to Waikiki beach across the street with slightly fewer crowds than the resorts toward Honolulu. On this trip, I rented a cabana for the day. Excellent for relaxation poolside. You have access to the gym, the beach, and Tiki's will serve you at your seat. Yummy food and drink options for vegetarians and carnivores. I really enjoyed Manny Aloha of Parley who honored us with the afternoon's poolside entertainment. Music, art workshop, Waikiki and Hawaii fun facts, and important but not heavy guidance on ocean advocacy and why we need to keep plastics out of our waters. He offers family-friendly choices to make as part of everyday life. Manny even had participation from hotel guests on their balconies above us!
