Horrible room
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room overlooked parking lots and garbage trolleys and delivery trucks arriving all day long. They want 200 minimum characters but I have little else to say. Minimum cooking pots and pans. Only dishes for four. Keep your coffee cup for the next day.

Weekend with family
This property was very convenient for us as a family. Times supermarket was across the street and a food truck lot just a five minute walk from the hotel. There was a beautiful sandy beach out front that was very safe for our young children to play in.

Amazing grounds and excellent staff-Wonderful experience!
Beautiful grounds, stunning pools, great beach-everything we wanted from our Maui vacation. We were so happy with out stay here-we loved every second of it. Every interaction we had with staff was pleasant, the grounds were immaculate, pools clean and our unit was lovely. Make sure you check out the small beach to the left of the beach pool as at first we thought the only beach was down the steep steps and that was the only access. We were wrong, thankfully!

Old hotel for the price paid
Hotel and rooms look old, need a renovation but they look somewhat elegant from the 70s or 80s. The fact that there is no cleaning service if stay is less than a week is not right, the price for the rooms is expensive for not to include this necessary service, it should be offered without additional charge at least every other day.

Overpriced Motel 6
Do not come here. It is one insulting experience after another. If I can make at least one person change their mind about spending a dime here, I’ll be happy. Which is more than I can say for one moment spent at this motel. We checked in late at night due to an airport delay. They used it as an opportunity to put us in the worst room I’ve ever stayed It was dark, filthy, dingy & disgusting. For being on the 9th floor, it’s amazing how much it looked like a church basement. View of the employee parking lot, garbage area and scummy drainage canal. Sliver of the sea visible which I guess was the ocean view room we reserved. Immediately called to say it was unacceptable and they said they were full and couldn’t move us until tomorrow. So we brushed the roaches off the counter and slept in our clothes. They moved us the next afternoon. When we told them we wanted to be moved first thing in the morning they told us no and, “just don’t spend time in your room if you don’t like it”. Nice logic. Is the food we’rerequiring you to pay for disgusting? No one said you have to eat it. They moved us to another room, equally dingy & dirty but also the dishwasher was currently flooding the kitchen so they moved us again. All the rooms are equally gross. This place doesn’t clean AT ALL while you’re here and it shows. Are you here a week? no cleaning. Everything is grungy, with built up dirt. Moldy ceilings, filthy kitchens and dishes. We should have learned our lessons with the roaches in the first room but we forgot and left a bag of chips on the counter only to come out and hour later to see roaches crawling into it. I know that management will respond by saying it’s so difficult to keep roaches out of the tropics. No, it’s not. I’ve never seen roaches in any other place in Maui. They are everywhere here. We are only on day 2 of this stay and it’s so dismal. Why don’t we leave, you ask? They refuse to refund any money at all and, despite all evidence to the contrary, this is not a cheap place. We can’t just book another expensive vacation on top of the one we already booked. I’ll add to this review as the week goes on and the horrors persist. In the meantime, please please reconsider your stay here. It’s soul crushing to get here and realize you’ve been conned. The Hilton next door is lovely and if they had any availability, I’d dip into my 401K and get the hell out of here. PS: management, please don’t write the obligatory, “we’re so sorry you were disappointed”. No you aren’t. You don’t care or you would fix something since everything needs fixing. So spare me your lip service. Everyone who works here knows this place is awful.
