The service is amazing! Everyone that we interact with was extremely helpful and polite. I can not say enough about the entire staff from housekeeping to the waiters, especially Ignacio at Capol, he is a true gentleman. If you want first class dining this is the place, every restaurant was phenomenal and the service was top notch. The pools are spectacular and there is plenty of seating.

Quiet and relaxing!
The resort is so beautiful and quiet, food was delicious, and the workers were so nice. Me and my mom went just to relax over spring break and we spent so much time by the pool and beach just tanning and reading, exactly what we needed. I did a yoga session with Gigi and she was so wonderful! Very kind and spiritually insightful!

Best trip ever!
I would recommend Ava resort to anyone! Unbelievably close to the airport, but you feel like you are in a total oasis. Our room was incredible (3 bedroom suite), with beautiful sunrise views every morning. We spent every day relaxing poolside, with plenty to drink and eat. Service was excellent! Every day we would take a break from the pool to spend a little time at the beach. We enjoyed paddle boarding and the pool activities. Food was fantastic. We especially loved the Mediterranean restaurant and the waiters there! Visited the spa twice, and it was exceptional! Kids area and slides are great, and not in your face. And of course, I can’t forget our incredible butlers Edgar and AB who made our vacation magical. We didn’t have to lift a finger. Prompt responses, super professional, and totally made our vacation! They even brought my father Coca Cola off the resort!!! Thank you so much! Planning our next visit for September!

We were with Rafa our Butler! The Best Butler in the Hotel ! 🙂 Thank you for everything you did for us. always there when we needed something! Restaurant reservations! Chairs. The best🙂🌴 Very nice and very responsive all the time see you next visit

From the pictures, this looks like a wonderful resort. Unfortunately, this resort is not ready for "prime time." It appears that they have opened up too soon. There are still several areas of the hotel that are not even open yet. The food options appear great and we made reservations weeks in advance, but they are not good at accommodating changes. The quality of the food ranged and was all over the place. Drinks could be ordered and you'd receive something different each time when ordering the same thing. The hotel was not welcoming to our large group. They never truly made us feel like they appreciated the large sums of money that everyone spent. Rooms were not cleaned properly. We called for towels and were told that they could only leave 2. We had 3 people in our room...never have we been questioned about why we needed more towels. We had a jacuzzi on our deck, yet never had any towels for that. Restaurants closed at 10 or 1030PM. Ice cream shop closed at 10PM. The coffee shop closed at 1030PM. The bars closed at 11PM! For an all-inclusive resort, this place leaves much to be desired. The beach is TERRIBLE...the worst of any resort I have ever stayed in Cancun. A few positives, the pool staff was fantastic, the gentleman making omelets in the mornings made an effort to get to know people and he was super friendly and the late night taco bar was awesome. All that said, I would take my money and myself elsewhere before staying here ever again. This hotel needs to figure a lot of things out...
