Rafael and Israel took care of all of our needs from dinner reservations before our arrival to saving our pool chairs to room issues... they were on it. We were greeted every day with a text and a smile and were always available. I'd highly recommend them as butlers. Thank you..Alison & Ray

Once in a lifetime experience!
Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, lots of great activities to do, great food and amazing staff but Javier at the pool was by far the highlight of the week!!! Was excited every time he saw us come down and took phenomenal care of us every day! Just an all around great person! So very thankful we got to meet him and were able to have his above and beyond services! We made sure we were in his section everyday, as did everyone because of how great he was!

Unforgettable time!
Spent 5 days, 4 nights. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The food was amazing! The room was always clean. Bed was super comfortable. The staff was a delight. We spent a lot of time at the pool and got the pleasure of being served by a sweet gentleman named Javier. He took such great care of us the whole time. Always made sure we were comfortable, well stocked with drinks and food and great conversation. We enjoyed having him so much we made sure to regularly be in his section!

From a Chairman Platinum point of view
Another Chairman Platinum Experience was held this week. From the Legendary Group with JC and Eva, to our butlers Rafa and Isra, the good food, great service, and top shelf liquor, it was a fun time held by all. They even prepared me the a special birthday dinner. The rooms were spotless and the activities abound for everyone from families to those in love. This was our 2nd trip here. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel

Amazing Stay!
I just got back from a family trip to Ava. We had an amazing time. Our busters Rafael and Isreal made sure we were all taken care of. They are the best busters there! Make sure you pick youre next trip here and ask for them to take care of you! You won't regret it!!!!
