    Evento de xv años espectaculares

    Habitaciones excelente, cómodas para un buen descanso, la comida muy rica, las chicas lizbeth y rubi muy atentas en evento de xv de mi hija, mis invitados fascinados por el hotel y por todo, 100% recomendado. Esperamos regresar pronto, muchas gracias por todo.

    Disappointing night management.

    The overall stay is pleasant. Except for the bad treatment by Mario the manager, adamant that he only shows himself in his high command stance without showing a human solution, and without written grounds in what he refers to as “this is how it works here”, not to mention that the cleaning service is not delivered in the full room that corresponds as a guest. There are always dedicated collaborators in what they do, they exceed expectations like George the Lifeguard and Enrique in the restaurant of Oyster. There are no food options for children especially at the buffet dinner as mentioned on arrival. In general, despite the obvious details in pool hours, cleaning, attention, food, the price corresponds to what you are delivered.

    Wedding in the Blue

    I got married in this beautiful hotel, I highlight the hard work of wedding planners Liz and Ruby, who helped us coordinate a dream wedding, as well as the work of waiters Alexis, Emmanuel, bartender Isodoro and their companions. As well as the button team. We have no words to thank the staff for their treatment and count the days to return to their premises. We highly recommend holding events at this hotel.

    10000% recommended always cute experiences

    The three times you visit the hotel has always been a guarantee of quality and have a great trip. It is located in an exclusive and quiet area and the facilities are huge with many activities to do. We organize our wedding here the team of Rubi and Liz are very experienced to guarantee an unforgettable and perfect event. Many of our guests stayed here and told us that the food and drinks are of excellent quality. The hotel is pet friendly and all the staff magnificent. 1000% recommended

    Lousy not recommend it

    Dismal staff service, very bad buffett, very sloppy facilities and I do not recommend it charge you if you arrive before cheking and charge you more if you want to continue using the facilities after delivering the dismal room
