    One of my favorite places

    The place is very nice the workers are very welcoming along with strangers most of the time they said “good night” and “good morning” and it can be really mood lifting. They have high security ensuring safety. They clean any time they can to keep this place clean

    I WAS DELIGHTED

    I was very satisfied with the service in its entirety. I stayed at the Azul Ixtapa Grand, but I spent it at the Azul Ixtapa since I was with my daughter. The Grand I highly recommend but only if you want to go to rest. If you want to do any activity it is better to stay in the Blue as it is more familiar.

    Unites invaluable experience

    We will be eternally grateful for the attentions from the hotel especially Rubi and Liz who made our wedding perfect, magical and unforgettable. From the first contact, the inspection visit to every detail of the welcome party and our wedding day. The place is beautiful, the food was spectacular, the organization impeccable all our guests enjoyed and congratulated us on how good everything was. Our room super comfortable, spacious and cute, we couldn't ask for more. Azul Ixtapa hotels are guaranteed quality and are 100% recommended, they are also pet friendly, we were very happy with the attentions received to our puppies.

    Well but lousy the closing hours of the pools

    The most critical thing is that they close the pool at 6 pm, all the people when they take us out disappointed and upset. There are people who like to swim at night and also the cost per night to bring my pet super expensive more than carrying a child and there is no European plan for it hopefully they will take it into account

    An excellent choice in Ixtapa!

    I had not had good experiences in Ixtapa but this hotel was a nice surprise. The well maintained facilities, quality food, clean and comfortable rooms and with an excellent view! I think the view was the best. Excellent staff service and available bottle options for the good level open bar. Very happy! This hotel would be our choice to return to Ixtapa!
