Nice resort, tipping can affect service
We had a really good stay here, my only gripe is the tipping culture can become frustrating if here for a longer 10 or 14 night stay. We booked a package so all elements of our holiday were paid pre arrival. Check in was quick and simple. Rooms are a great size and clean with lovely views of the coast or pool areas. Beds are large and comfortable with good coffee and a soft drinks ect which are topped up regularly throughout your stay. Entertainment varies throughout and is good, granted occasionally cheesy but still fun! The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were highlights and these do not require bookings. The A La Carte restaurants do need booking as quick as you can as these do fill up. Especially the steak venue. The buffet dinners are alternated with themes from around the world and offer a good variety thought the week and has favourites returning every evening. Breakfast is a true highlight with every offering you can ever need. Seating is really quick despite how busy it can get. The only frustration of this holiday is the tipping culture which isn’t managed or more efficiently dealt with. This can be a pain for European visitors who may not be as accustomed to tipping as the holiday makers from the states. The bar staff in particular will naturally focus on those hotel guests who tip with every single beverage ordered. This can lead you to waiting a while during peak hours. This took away slightly from the all inclusive feel and the fact that we had paid thousands of pounds already for an all inclusive. Tipping once or twice is not a problem or a fee that covers this but this can add up to a significant amount of extra money needed over the course of a two week holiday. Everything else is great, it might be worth any future visitors budgeting for tips. Particularly those not from the US where they naturally expect it. A big shout out to the team at the lunch outlet on the beach. Amazing food and I won’t be the first to highlight the Jerk Chicken. Truly the best.

excellent
Amazing experience! nothing really negative to say about the hotel except I wish there was more entertainment after 11pm but besides that nothing to complain about, all the staff was insanely nice and respectful. Food was good, drinks were good. Beach was small but nice and clean and no issues finding a chair

Very poor
Just returned from this hotel . Food very poor the buffet dining food was always cold. Drinks were shocking flat warm beer and very cheap spirits . Hotel very clean and staff very friendly But would never go back For close on £4000 for 2 adults just not worth the money
