The rooms were comfortable, and spacious. Hotel is beautiful. I do not recommend to take your children to the dance show, too raunchy and not appropriate for children. I was disappointed to see so many families there with their children. The food was great, and property was well maintained.

The pool at the bahia punta cana fantasía has glass ay the bottom and my grandson cut his foot and nobody at the resort cares even though I asked them to check the pool several times as another little girl had the same experience. Are they waiting for an even more serious injury before they take action?

Not a warm welcoming atmosphere from the staff at all.
The staff here aren't friendly, there a small few, but as a whole not a welcoming group of people. Buffet was alright, you won't go hungry. Mosquitos are fierce! Bring spray and long pants for the evening. Pool bartenders aren't the best and beware even if you tip more service is still lame. Check-in experience was not what it should have been at all. If you go with and open mind, go with the flow atritude, you will make your holiday what it is. If you're going to be overwhelmed by friendly, courteous staff, wonderful entertainment and lavish drinks and food this isn't the place for you.

Horrible. Avoid
Horrible, rude employees. Front desk and guest services might as well not exist. Zero customer service skills. Zero consideration. Zero help. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Room had broken AC the whole trip. Everyone tries to scam you for an extra dollar. Never coming back

Our recent experience at Bahia Principe Grand was poor. The resort villas in the Grand section (we were in #30) were rundown and did not have working tv, sliding door locks or safes. The food and drinks were awful and the service was terrible.
