We’re here at the time I’m writing this review. If you’re thinking of booking then think twice and maybe look at booking another hotel. The buffet restaurant near the beach is a disgrace for example. Last night at 8.45, there was hardly any food left , some staff work hard and others busy doing nothing try not to be helpful. The towels on the sun beds are there from early morning , Beds left empty nearly all day . There’s no where in the shade to sit around the beach and pool bar. The Lobby bar is nice but closes at 11am On the plus side we went to the Mongolian restaurant and can recommend that . The restaurant we go for breakfast near the waterpark , is good and the Staff very good and attentive . We have booked in the Italian for tonight, so watch this space for an honest review . We’ve only been here 3 days so I’m praying things improve as we paid a lot of money for this holiday.and flew 9 hrs from UK

Overall a good resort. I wouldn’t say it’s a true 5 star. A lot of choices for a la carte. Buffet is good overall. Entertainment during the day the staff stay engaged with everyone. Great job. Alexis at the pool was always coming by for drinks. He is great. Beach and pool areas are really good. Stairs in building 93 need repair. My shower was leaking a bit into toilet area. Caulking in shower had some black spots. They need to make sure they keep up with the upkeeping. There are mosquitoes but I was lucky I didn’t get bit. Overall the resort has a lot to offer.

Nice resort.
Had a good time. Room was clean and service was good. Good experience at a la carte restaurants . Beach and pool are clean . Only problem was that people held beach and pool chairs all day even if they were in other areas. Front desk could be a bit more helpful when asked about transportation back to airport.Especially since I booked with them directly and paid for private transportation thru them . This was my second time staying at this resort and didn’t feel like I got any perks.

Great beach with no seaweed
We chose building 90 so had the perfect location. Right in front of the activities pool, closest to the ocean and the restaurants in our section of the resort. I love all the activities…. Enjoyed the morning yoga/stretching at the beach in the morning and only did about 20min of water aerobics everyday (too repetitive) so I’d go on the shallow side and do my own thing to get a full body workout I would of particited to some the activities but the language barrier was significant so stood on the side lines and cheered the others on Attended the Spa and really enjoyed the massage Even if we went to the concierge after we checked into our rooms, booking A la Carte wasn’t the best as there weren’t many spots left around 7pm, so we only did 5 A la Carte. We also felt rushed to order and eat because they probably needed us to be in and out within the hour time slot. I’m not sure what kind of cooking oil they us, but I had a hard time with my digestion during the entire stay and took another 5 days for my stomach to be ok after coming home We ended our evenings after diner at the lobby bar as Kevin and Joe Hamel were so much fun and entertaining and built beautiful drinks Lastly, the biggest annoyance for us was there no designated smoking areas, so we had to step away from our chairs when people beside us would light up. We attempted moving chairs but chairs are saved early in the morning with no one there till the sun went down at the beach. I think the smokers should of gotten up and going to the multiple ashtrays on the outside of the pool and beach area

Beautiful ocean and beach. For sure you can count with good weather. You have everything you need and more at the resort. Abundance in all. The food was delicious. Good smiles and service (Specially Jenny at the pool bar). Thank you for making us feel safe and happy. Liliana
