    Affordable, clean, and great location

    Exceptionally convenient for hanging out with family and friends in the Lihue area. The staff was great and the unit itself was well-appointed and pretty clean (wife and I have exceptionally high standards). Wonderful value for the money and would certainly recommend anyone looking for a slightly-extended (week+) stay.

    Tired resort, poor sleeping arrangements.

    The air-conditioning unit in the second bedroom was so loud it literally woke us up constantly all night long. The second bedroom was so small the bed barely fit in the room, allowing you to open the door, and the beds were something like my grandma used to have from the 80s, you know, the springy mattresses that you would want to jump on all night long. Not A pleasant sleeping scenario for two couples on vacation, As the other bedroom was a queen, not much bigger

    Comfortable Cozy Condo

    Banyan Harbor is a great place to stay if you are looking for a central location close to the airport and walking distance to a variety of restaurants and a beach. Super easy to get to trails for hiking, kayaking, southern or northern beaches. It's not a flashy hotel but more of a cozy condo feel with cozy beds and all you need to cook a meal in and relax after a long day of exploring the island. The staff will make you feel welcome and help you with anything you need.

    Nice clean resort.

    While it appears these units are older, they have been remodeled in some areas and were clean. Carpets were newer looking. I had some kitchen appliance issues but otherwise had a good stay at a fair value. It is a good location to see the island and to get supplies and shop. I played tennis and the courts were in good condition. I would return here.

    Banyan Resort

    Rating based on if are in lower unit you are going to hear the noise from upstairs unit, no elevators, no handicap access and units on third story are town houses with bedrooms up stairs Furniture an bedding in above average condition. Would rate it at 2.5 stars.
