Jorman - Cocktail Waiter Pool&Beach

Jorman is amazing! He is a Very attentive and caring individual. He made sure we were taken care of. Always had water and drinks ready for us! He will help you with anything you need on the resort like arranging excursions so you don’t have to. He gets to know you and always remembers your fave drinks. All the best!

Not the five stars it advertised

We were originally in a room that had a broken toilet seat, soap dispensers broke off immediately, tv and a/c barely worked and room was extremely noisy (we were on 4th floor of building 2). Besides the blaring music from outside and the rattling fan, there were people blasting music and screaming in our hallway all night. We complained the next day and were able to be moved to the other tower where it was supposedly quieter. Also, we tried to get dinner reservations when we arrive but couldn't get any restaurants or times we wanted. It was suggested that we try walk-in but were never able to be seated. Our new room also had broken soap dispensers and garbage on the bathroom counter. Our shower wouldn't drain and we had to ask three times before it was fixed. The furniture was broken as well. We were only allowed to have one pool towel at a time and it was impossible to get a chair in the shade. Pool bathrooms were always dirty. Buffet was adequate. Would not stay here again.

Aruba Vacation

Average all inclusive stay. Food was average. Hotel in general needs updating especially the rooms. Cleanliness was good. Stayed at Royal Level and don't feel the price justified the perks.

A pleasant dinning experience!

We had the pleasure of dinning at the Barcelos, Kyoto Japanese restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely. The meal was so delicious. A truly enjoyable experience made even better because of our server Manuel. He was professional and attentive.

Great stay on a budget

I had an over all great time. The food is great and the people were amazing! Make sure to eat at the Seafood restaurant! The resort is older but they have maintained it well. The music selection was nice in the lounge bar area. It was giving 80's! I wish I was able to check in a little early due to getting in at 12:15 but they were unable to accommodate. It is what it is :)
