We have been coming to the Barcelo for the past 4 years. We love the staff here. Tonight we are at the Arubian restaurant and the food was excellent. Rodell, Michael, and Douglas were also excellent! These staff here is what makes the Barcelo special

Rodell and Micheal made our night at the arubian restaurant exceptional! Food was wonderful and service was even better! The beef and shrimp was tender and the fried squid tasted great. Been here three times so far, would definitely come again!

A fantastic week at Barcelo!
We (begrudgingly) came home last night after a fantastic week at Barcelo! We had so much fun and completely enjoyed ourselves! How could you not enjoy the beautiful weather, the gorgeous beach and our comfortable room with a perfect view of the pool area? The resort is in the perfect area of Palm Beach, within walking distance of fun shops, and great nightlife. We had breakfast everyday at the buffet and enjoyed all of the specialty restaurants. I am a huge foodie and we did not have a bad meal. The staff were always there to greet you with a smile, and their number one priority was to make sure you enjoyed yourself to the fullest. They did not disappoint. Thank you to Ceaser who makes a great cocktail! Thank you for your smile and your kindness. You are a great bartender and so good at what you do! Thank you to Carolina, who welcomed me every morning at the buffet with her beautiful smile, her positive attitude, and her incredible omelette! I wish I could have one right now! HaHa! Thank you to Doris who made sure I had whatever I needed at the lobby bar. You’re a great waitress and helped make my trip a good time! Thank you to the bell hops, who helped arrange transportation back to the airport. We had a large group of 24, so we needed a bus to accommodate us. Everything was seamless and right on time! And to the entire staff at Barcelo, thank you for making our trip one that we will always remember! Until next time! ❤️

Royal Restaurant
Great service. Great food! Beautiful hotel. Joyce and Ederline was Royal restaurant provided our group with the best service! I love the beach, pool, and the hotel. Check in was great and easy and they greeted us with a drink. Hotel is very clean.

Rooms are fine and the beach is gorgeous. The food is just bad - the Mexican restaurant was the best meal we had while there. The dinner and lunch buffet was like bad hospital food and the seafood restaurant was inedible. The breakfast buffet was decent and had a good omelet station. I am not picky but the food really was quite bad - all 6 of us felt that way. If you stay I suggest eating offsite. The even had tuna sandwiches out for a midnight snack.
