Jan 13, 2025Nice resort, cold food on buffet
The hotel is nice, food for breakfast and lunch sucked because your only option is buffet which wouldn’t be bad but it was the same thing every day and the food was always cold. If you had them make you something like omelet or pasta what was good and hot. Dinners were good, we didn’t do dinner buffet.

I have never written a review before and feel I need to write one for this resort I am going to start with check in Rooms- I reserved rooms one of them was suppose to be two beds and they had a king bed, we asked the front desk and they said we can try again the next day…3 out of the 6 room keys did not work. A key fell out of someone’s pocket and the replacement fee was ridiculous after all the money you spend to stay at the resort The shampoo/shower gel caddy’s on the wall also fall off when you use them, a few of our rooms didn’t have any towels when we arrived. Buffet- we are not picky eaters and the dinner buffet food looked like it’s been sitting for a week, we ate one night and that was it. The sit down restaurants were good, when we checked in they told us we could make reservations but did not tell us you can only make reservations depending how long you stay is how many reservations you can make. Nightlife- there really is none, the outside bar closes at 7 there is one bar inside and that’s it. Pool and hot tub also close at 7:00pm. You go to an all inclusive resort you would think maybe somewhere they would have a snack bar or something for later when you get hungry. We would never stay here again and after meeting some people during our stay that seems to be the way many people feel. I have to say the staff is awesome and very friendly. If the staff didn’t work here they wouldn’t have much of a resort.

The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. Restaurants were good and pool was not crowded and water beautiful. Some special staff were: Waiters Umberto Josef Waitress in lounge bar - Doris Manager at Land & Sea and at Habachi Grill - Edgar Transport Rasheed Ryan Josmar Jenneling Rakesh Pool waiter Jario.

Average. There are better places to stay in Aruba. Waking up early to run out and lay your towels on a chair sucks. Come up with a better system.

Royal restaurant dinner service
Joyce always greets us with a smile. She knows us by name. Service is always exceptional. You really feel how much she cares about the guests. She creates an exceptional experience for us. Always ensuring we are satisfied with our food. Goes above and beyond to please her guests .
