Dieuna took care of my family and I in a way that can’t even be described! She truly made our Aruba experience 10/10! our table at breakfast was unbearably wobbly and she worked her magic in order to settle the table and took care of every single one of our needs!

The Palm
The Palm buffet was a great experience with Ruthmila and Patty as our servers. A lot of variety of foods and the most friendly staff serving you. Very happy with the service, A+ will return. Barcelo Aruba is a great resort, beautiful island! Thank you!

great experience
food was amazing and my waiters were always so kind! Ruthmila patty and her crew who served us were so kind and were on top of there things all they time. they always made sure we had the right order of drinks and would quickly change it if it was wrong.

LOVE THIS PLACE; BUT NEEDS VEGETARIAN/VEGAN OPTIONS IN ALL DINING RESTAURANTS
I have been there 2 times and I love it. Have already planned next year's trip. The staff is super nice everywhere you go. My favorite is George in the 9th Floor Club Dining Room. However, I will say that this 2nd time that I went, I noticed that the menus in the restaurants have not changed in a year. Also, there are no vegetarian/vegan options listed on any of the restaurant menus.

Jorman - Cocktail Waiter Pool&Beach
Jorman was very intentive and made sure we were always taken care of. He made sure we always had waters because the Arubian sun can be tough on us Canadians! The conversations were always welcomed and he gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities.
