Could be great but lacking on nasal. Facilities you expect like having a hot shower puts off going !

Outstanding I’ve been here a few times over the years. There were problems like any seasoned property. I returned often because it’s is such a good value.. Well, let me tell you… Everything has been improved or corrected. The food, the beach, the pool, the entertainment all up upgraded significantly yet the price is stable. Grab this bargain before they wake up..

Small and great resort
Great beach, pools, food, gym and tennis courts. Concerts should be much earlier, not at 9.30pm. Water in the shower is usually lukewarm.

just a perfect vacation spot
We stayed 13 days and had a great vacation. The grounds are beautiful and nicely maintained. The resort is smaller, so it's real quick and easy to get around (say you need something from the room, or the front desk). Rooms are nice, cleaned daily. Mini-bar is restocked daily. Free wi-fi with great coverage - all over including the beach and pool areas. Food is abundant and decent. Service is top-notch all the time. And a small thing that is a huge convenience worth noting is their keyless entry system which is done using a wrist band. No cumbersome keys or key cards. You don't always have to make sure you have your room key, because it's always on your wrist (and very small). The Activity team does a great job getting people involved, and they even give out prizes to various contest winners. The beach is amazing and very clean with plenty of beach chairs. Played beach volleyball daily. They also have tennis and basketball courts and a workout room. The resort is in a gated community. Relatively short walking distance to 5th Ave shopping/entertainment. Our only complaint was inconsistent availability (or lack of) warm water for showers in the room.
