    Good place for family with kids of all ages

    Very Clean resort: rooms, pools, beach, restaurants. Variety of good entertainment: different concerts every night, daily pool activities for kids and adults, own discotecas for adults and kids, mall for shopping, own dolphin’s show, zip line park, go cart park, own pier with different ocean tours, turtles in the ocean in swimming distance, coral spots, amazing spa with different saunas.

    Beautiful, great experience

    I was there for a large family trip and had a fantastic time. The rooms are clean, the courtyards are welcoming, the beach is beautiful (with plenty of palm-trees for shade), the food at the buffet is great (especially the fish and fruit), and the entertainment staff is fantastic—Johnny specifically immediately remembered my name and led some excellent activities, including zumba and a game of water volleyball using a giant beach ball.

    Great resort

    Great resort. Had a great time. Erika and Alihandjro at the brasserie French restaurant were great. Maria Perez at the coco bar was great. Alicia at the u spa was wonderful - fantastic deep tissue massage. Pool and ocean were great. Buffet food was really good.

    A So So visit. Will be going somewhere different next time

    Wasn’t impressed this time. Fixtures falling apart . Lighting falling apart in the pool. Elevators broke . Room key scan didn’t work. Paint peeling on stuff. Rude staff. Room friges not stocked. For our 8th time it was a big disappointment!
