Jan 28, 2025I like the variety of buffets and different resorts
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would love for the rooms to have queen beds with family. Loved the sports bar and the mall.

We stayed here for one week and really enjoyed it! There was alot of food selection however the buffets could be warmer. The rooms were clean and served us well. The rooms are starting to show age however they are keeping them up.

The restaurant Mexico Lindo was amazing - our waiter Gustavo Osorio and his partner Clemente Suaste were the perfect meseros fue my grato estar en el restaurant- the chefs created delicious authentic Mexican cuisine. Francisco Munoz is a kind manager.

Jan 26, 2025Great pools, food and employees were not enjoyable.
Everything with their employees was a fight. Getting change for tips, getting checked in with wristbands working right, getting my Scuba outing company in the gate to pick me up, and the food was AWFUL. Worse than any cruise ship. ZERO flavor. The taco stand outside the gate across the street 100 yards to the left (south) was 10x better than resort food. Rooms were in great need of upgrade and the raw sewage smell in the breezeways was special. Waterfront pools were very nice, kids stuff was good, the bartenders were hit or miss. Pick a bar you like better and walk there and avoid the annoying bartenders. If it were *really* cheap we might go back but we lost weight the food was so bad. Even with unlimited alcohol.

Lots of fun activities here
The resort is huge and there are a lot of activities to do here without going outside. The staffs are very friendly and proactive. Besides swimming and snorkelling, there are some other free water activities which are cool. The architecture is actually special, especially the arts. Especially, I and my friends loved the Destplore adventure that we played here for free. It just led us go around the resorts to solve puzzles. We knew a lot more about history and culture of Mexican and Mayan after playing this. Food is just okay. We're always full with Buffet and it's good to have 4 nights of free alacarte when staying for a week here.
