Great place
This is our 8th time here and we keep coming back because of all the resorts we've been to in Riviera Maya (another 7-8 resorts) this is the one we like best. Service and beach are great. Everyone is doing their best and usually going out of their way to help you. Long walk by the beach, good rooms. Food is OK although meat is often very salty. One REQUEST about the gym. Please get a second dumbbell of 12 kg and a second dumbbell of 16 kg. It's bad enough that there is only one pair of each of the other weights and we have to take turns using it, but to have one dumbbell each is ridiculous. This situation has been going on for a while now and it is very annoying for a regular gym-goer. Otherwise, thank you to all the staff in the resort. They're all doing a great job.

Rooms need an updated look
It could be language barrier (English/Spanish) that the staff the at front desk wasn't ready to provide a room # assigned to me at the time of checking-in at 750pm. And, he told me that he'd only charge Mexican Peso instead of USD for the remainder of my reservation via credit card. This didn't happen during my other stay at a sister hotel - Barcelo Riveria on the same resort.

Read before booking
Food is bland at best from the buffet. The rooms are small old and falling apart. Fixtures coming off the walls. Exposed wiring. Bartenders are not very knowledgeable about drinks. The premix they use for certain things like bloody Mary’s or micheladas are terrible. Certain liquor is not included in the ‘all inclusive’ stay. Same with things like the water park or bowling. The bathrooms on the property smell horrific! Look into a different resort before booking!!! I will never be back

Disappointed.
Disappointed .The check in was slow. The room allocated was already occupied. This was around 8:00 pm.

Worst resort I've stayed at in Mexico
Rooms were filthy and food was terrible. Stomach aches for days. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone personally, although the outside pool & beach area is very nice. That's about it.
