    I would recommend this hotel any time! We had an amazing family vacation from check in to check out.

    We had the most wonderful time at Barceló & plan to be back very soon! From the front desk to all the staff behind the scenes they did a fantastic job! Great activities for everyone all day long! Everyone was so friendly and the food was great! I e have fun swimming at the beach, pools and spent a lot of our time with our daughter at the splash pad!

    Absolutely the best resort we've ever been to, and we've been to MANY.

    My wife and I were simply blown away at this place. The entire complex of five side by side resorts is stunning, and the amount of activities was unlike anything we've ever seen before. On Site swim with dolphins - really! 16 swimming pools including two lap pools, polo, several basketball pool areas, onsite wave pool for surfing, several circular bubble pools, several amazing kid play areas that were amazing. They even have several areas that are grassed beside the pools in case you want to spread out a towel. Multitudes of pergola areas, fantastic soft sand beaches. Twelve (!) restaurants, great buffet areas, beautiful rooms (they actually washed the floors when doing the housekeeping).

    Worst place I've stayed at in mexico

    Waste of money upgrading to premium people playing in the pool and being loud all night long poor room service order 3 Pepsi to the room there was 3 of us would get 1 Pepsi zero every dam time

    Lack of lounge chairs and a la carte restaurants

    I was disappointed with my stay based on the lack of lounge chairs which resulted in having to wake up as early as 5 am every day to find a place to sit for the day. It was also frustrating that we couldn't get reasonable times for a la carte reservations.

    Great family resort.

    Great time with the family. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Rooms were very clean and the food was great too. My daughter absolutely loved the kids club. The staff there were so friendly and kind my daughter most of her days there playing with other children. Thank you Sary, Suzy, Lulu and Zay my daughter had a great time with you all.
