We love this hotel and this is the fourth time Today December 19th we want to highlight Hermenegildo who served our drinks at the bar by the Maya Mall And all personnel go above and beyond to ensure we have the best experience The beach is amazing!

Family vacay Dec 2024
We stayed at the Caribe side and happy we were close to everything, the resorts have a true Mexican vibe which we loved. Our kids loved the arcade, shopping, waterpark and go-karts. The beach was amazing. You will not be bored here, even if its raining you can find something to do! I highly recommend this hotel to a family looking for an amazing week away. Food was good, we always found something to eat. Well maintained property and very clean!!

A great Lunch at the Mirador with Mauricio and Karla!
Buffet Mirador for lunch - epic service by Mauricio Gomez and Karla Martinez. They took care of us like we were family - attending to our every need. We appreciate the attentiveness and how they ensured that we always had water and other beverages.

We had the best service at the adult pool. I would like to recognize Mayra Poot and also Antonio Lopez. This drink server and bartender worked very hard all day long. They have a strong work ethic and were also very very personable. Enjoyed our time at the pool.

Stephany Chavez at Barcelo Maya Resort
Rodizio Steak House at the Barcelo Maya Palace. Stephany Chavez was our Maîtresse at the Freanch Restaurant one evening and again at the Rodizio another evening. She is Fantastic. She runs a great team and is friendly and customer focused. What a pleasure she is. My Wife and I enjoyed her presence. Thank You Stephany!! Thomas and Anna.
