Great Experience!

10 out of 10 experience. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Bellman took good care of our luggage. Room was fully stocked with goodies and was very clean. Room was as described with a great view. Concierge at the premium lounge scheduled all massages and pedi for my wife he was awesome and always helpful. Cesar in the premium lounge was our favorite, he gives great service and can sing like he's in the Beattles. The food was definitely above average throughout the resort. We chose Barcelo because its the hotel in the show Acapulco on Apple TV. We were not dissapointed.

Great if you are a 20-something and like a loud pool.

If you have the Premium package, go and find Cesar in the Premium lounge. Really nice guy, and he makes good drinks. Note that you likely won’t be able to get a restaurant rest action the first night, since they book up at 9am the morning of. So, it’s the buffet for that night.

Visit cesar at the premium lounge

The best part about our vacation was Cesar in the premium lounge. He was great. Always made sure we had the best margaritas. Upgrading to the premium level was totally worth it just for that. Beautiful beach, beautiful weather and lizards at the pool.

Nice resort

A nice resort in good location, with good staff and service. Pool and grounds were well kept. The beach was bit on the smaller size. Getting deck chairs around pool always a challenge.

Stunning Views

From the quick and efficient check in to the beautifully manicured green spaces this resort has it all. The gym, pool areas are clean and spotless. The a la carts and buffet offer endless choices of delicious foods. I will return to this resort before i go any where else.
