    Great hotel

    Every aspect of my stay were way above average. Amazing staff greeting at the door , check inn and premium level employees

    A short stay

    The hotel is beautiful. The primium level was a nice bonus so we could stay on a high floor. The casino is small but nice. And the pool area is beautiful. The staff were all lovely, especially Handy Peña who helped us on the premium level for check out. She was profesional and very kind! We will return in September. El hotel es precioso. El nivel Premium fue una ventaja, ya que pudimos alojarnos en un piso alto. El casino es pequeño pero agradable. Y la zona de la piscina es preciosa. Todo el personal fue encantador, especialmente Handy Peña, quien nos ayudó con el check out en el nivel Premium. ¡Fue profesional y muy amable! Volveremos en septiembre.

    Old rooms - poor food quality

    Poor room quality, multiple people got sick from eating food. Slippery dirty pool. Old/ broken furniture

    Incredible experience

    Romelia was incredible. One of the best massaging ever had. Highly recommend 🙌🏽 10 out of 10!! Left feeling much better than I started as she worked all of the tightness and soreness out of me. Muscles feel revitalized and I even got some much needed stretching as well.

    Hansen Vacation

    Dear all, My trip to SDQ was a good one. Since I step into the hotel I felt like home. The agents were very kind and help us in all we needed. I went to SDQ several times but this was exceptional. I will surely return to this hotel. A special thanks to those agents who always were there to five us the service.
