This hotel has been around for a long time, it offers the traditional personal service along the modern. It is located in one of the safest areas for visitor in the capital.

Great Older hotel but on a busy street good location. friendly staff. Great to have a store on location to get the items you forget but understand it's 100% markup. It would be better to take Uber for any place you wanna go traffic is very aggressive and crazy.

Best value for money
Stayed in master suite premium level. You will feel like home. Very clean. Top bed and personal. Great air conditioning. Will come back for sure.

High umidity in The room. . My clothes got wet a lot . They changed my room after I asked. The second room was a little bit better than the first one. The carpet smells bad. The Staff is very kind. Daneira e Arianni are very kind and Nice. It is very expensive and with low air quality , there is a lot ot humidity in the air inside the room.

Not a fair review on the actual hotel, but it has to be said. Do not, for whatever reason do not book their lowest price with no modification available. I had to change my travel plans and I pleaded with everyone I could speak to. Please, I will pay a fee or whatever. They all said no!! So, I lost my booking and money, and for that I will never book a room with them again. So instead of, possibly charging me an upgrade of room fee and leaving me in my same accommodations, they preferred to take my money and lose a customer. I don't think I was asking for something out of this world. I will make sure I tell everyone and post this in every site I can find. My reservation was under Gerald Delgado so management knows who it is.
