Nov 19, 2024Amazing staff, bent over backwards to help during medical emergency!!
Even before my travel partner had a medical emergency, the staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. They spoke very good English which made this much easier in general. I liked how there were several pools to choose from, if you wanted quiet you had it, if you wanted to party, you go to main pool. Entertainment was great as well, and I liked the variety of a la carte options, and the food at buffet was quality and good variety as well. My travel partner had to have emergency surgery. The on-site medical nurse Michelle was great, and jumped right in to assist until ambulance arrived. I had to extend our stay at the resort (5 days post operation before insurance would let us fly) and the concierges (specifically Jorge and Alejandro) were amazing!! They helped with securing the room, arranging delivery of medication from pharmacy and in general helped alleviate alot of extra stress off of me, as I was trying to get things organized for my travel companion who remained in hospital. You could tell it was not lip-service and they actually were concerned about both of us. Once back at resort after hospital discharge, they continued to offer help with food to room and anything else to make her recovery as easy as possible. Jorge wasn't even working on the last day we were at resort, but was helping me via WhatsApp to make the checkout process smooth and get us all the paperwork we'd need for insurance There is no question I will be going back to Sunscape Coco Punta Cana the next time I travel to DR. I cannot say enough good things about the staff!! Thank you Michelle, Jorge and Alejandro!! you are the best!!

Everything was very good, we had a great time, I hope it is repeated with God through,Everything was very good, the attention that was given to us in everything from the moment we arrived, good service, very beautiful, all the food, very good, everything good. God bless you always.

Paid huge for an upgrade. Rooms okay not spectacular Drinks. Half the time no beer until 12:00. No vodka. No premium whiskey anywhere on site. It’s a huge resort and it seems like they are trying to upgrade it. Good area for the grand kids. But not worth the price. Bacon once in 7 days that’s a new one. But again it’s a 3.5-4.0 star resort

Lovely holiday
We just returned home after 10 days , we were disappointed to find the restaurants were only open on set days and not all open every night. I really wanted to.go to chopsticks which we managed to get in on our last night , really wish I hadn't as have food poisoning , which made the 8 hour flight home unbearable, met someone at the boarding gate who was experiencing the same pain as myself and also had ate at chopsticks the same evening . The beach vendors were a pain constantly coming up to you .overall the hotel is lovely the pools were clean and the grounds were beautiful, the beach was stunning , the bar staff were friendly especially Joanna in the lobby bar and the guy in the sports bar , the mini bar was stocked daily and room cleaned really well every day , we enjoyed our stay

This is paradise, beach, pools and great people
I having a great time. The staff are super friendly. Nikita Minaj and Mr styles are awesome and so much fun. Food is awesome, atmosphere is fabulous qould highly recommend this resort. Good liquor and very nice time and weather. Clean pools nice beach
