Never ever stay at the hotel. Horrific - avoid this hotel at all costs waste of time and money. Worst department, reception they are rude avoid doing any work and the manager I met should be sacked on the spot for her outrageous behaviour. They provided zero customer service and shocking practices. There are no speciality restaurants, the Italian restaurant serves Spanish wine and the food is cooked very very badly it’s a disgrace to call it Italian. All the food comes from one kitchen St Anne’s buffet. You can’t hire the water sports equipment, the gym is tiny and poorly maintained, the spa is a joke and staff here are very rude almost as bad a reception. The entertainment is an absolute shambles for the price. Quiz horrific cheap and nasty and performances average. The staff should be embarrassed by the New Year’s Eve show it was pathetic. The marketing of RUI resorts right before midnight was very unprofessional and under malpractice - the arrogance of the staff and management. RUI shame on you this place is a disgrace.

Fantastic staff were excellent, a variety of excellent food choices hard working and friendly efficient staff. I would recommend and will look forward to hopefully going to this location again.

Beautiful room (large and spacious)… great views. Lavern our server on the last day was the best … she’s one to emulate in regards to customer experience.

The hotel has a great number of staff, many very friendly. Dining room staff great, some bar staff grumpy and obviously don't their work. Some of the domestic staff also very pleasant and chatty. Special mention to Bubbles in activity team, always happy and fun. I maybe wrong but the speciality restaurants food may come out of same kitchen. Italian restaurant a disaster, service chaotic, food to wrong tables and unbelievably ran out of wine early evening. There is food to suit all tastes. Security staff waste of time, witnessed one customer high on something stronger than weed, shouting and swearing at a group of ladies, reception made aware but no security arrived. Many customers leave cig butts and other rubbish on the beach, harmful to wildlife. The hotel really needs a quieter lounge for mature guests who do not appreciate the boom boom. Having said all this, the hotel has a happy fun atmosphere and we would return.
