The staff was perfect , the food was really good. Vionce made great cocktails at the bar upstairs. Mc kwain was very friendly and helpful at breakfast. Every one Is just so friendly and we will definitely be back. The pools were very clean. Every staff gave us warm welcome and made sure we were okay and enjoyed our stay

Golden Wedding Holiday
Wonderful holiday to celebrate our special anniversary.We travelled after a week in Barbados to the local airport in St.Lucia so only a short ride in the hotel minibus.Bel Jou is a special place overlooking Castries amongst beautiful well cared for gardens.We had a top floor room overlooking the pool,gardens, the town and out to sea.Very comfortable room and beautiful sunsets.A big thank you to all the staff especially Princess,Jeffrey & La La in the spa.All the staff are a credit to the hotel.Anyone who is looking for a relaxing but fun stay with good food & just the right amount of entertainment and activities book your stay!

60th birthday celebration
The hotel was fantastic from the friendly staff, the hotel amenities, & the food. We wanted a quiet holiday & that’s we got. There was entertainment every night including a barbecue night every Thursday. The hotel room was very comfortable. The only down side was having to get up at 6-6-30am to put the towels out on the sun beds. By 8am the sun beds had already gone. There was a mini bus down to the beach or into Castries every hour but had to be pre booked with reception.

Best combination of a serene, relaxing all-inclusive stay yet still close to enjoy some city activities
This hotel is definitely a must visit in general but if you are looking to be away from the busy city life and be surrounded by beautiful views, lots of greenery, peace, quiet and not too hard on the budget, then your search is over when visiting St.lucia. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and trust me they will give you that warm St.Lucia love every minute of your stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and tended to daily. I stayed in an ocean view room looking over the upper pool and it was just perfect. When visiting the hotel be mindful it has no elevators and you will need to walk some stairs to and from some areas but don't let that deter you, it is worth the little exercise. The food is pretty good and you have the options of fast food from Lulu's cabana restaurant, full buffet from the Verandah restaurant or fine dining at the Hummingbird restaurant. To top it all off if you want late night snacks and drinks you can visit the rooftop bar and lounge to enjoy and amazing night view. All in all this hotel has so much to offer with daily activities and entertainment. If you need that getaway and even if you are not into doing tours and adventuring the island itself, you can truly have an amazing and eventful stay just being at the hotel. Chef Xavier is a gem, short in stature but big in personality and kindness. Stasia at the front desk is a genuine kind soul that makes you feel extremely welcomed from the second you check in. The staff definitely makes the hotel a stay to always remember.

The BEST place!
Hidden gem for people who want a “home” to return to on vacation. This cozy resort is like going to summer camp. You arrive and don’t know anyone and by the time you leave, you’ve made friends with the staff and other guests and are so sad to leave!! Highly recommend for those who don’t need constant action or activities, and are happy to spend time in a smaller and intimate place. STAFF ARE OUTSTANDING!
