Dec 25, 2024Front desk and concierge NO good
I’m writing this as i am at the resort right now. We have had no wifi our entire stay. I have called the front desk and concierge a few times tonight to try and get this rectified. To no avail. They have hung up on me (i havent been rude to them or anything for them to hangup on me, just asked for help). I am in building 8 thank goodness because everytime i walk past building 7 i smell the distinct stank of sewage. The servers and bartenders are nice enough but the front desk and concierge are terrible. I called ahead to ask if they could exchange 1000 canadian and when i got here they said no only 100, come back tomorrow. So guess what i came back the next day and they said no exchange at all. Im quite frustrated as they advertise free wifi but then wont help when it does not work. Food at the buffet is trash, but the mexican restaurant is good, after the hour wait it took to get our food. I havent gone on too many trips to mexico and this is by far the worst. Oh also booked a spa massage and then after booking they say that the hydrotherapy pools arent working, but no discount. WOW

Good service, good food, friendly staff, good entertainment however, a lot of wifi dead spots and hard to connect to WiFi properly since you need to go through the captcha which only appears after about 30 mins………………………………………………………………..

Good Resort
very nice and clean resort. the staff is very friendly and the pool and beaches are nice. overall right experience and resort. the food is good and there are lots of places to eat and drink. the pathways at night are well lit and i felt safe walking at night and during the day

Blue bay Best Stay
The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the food is delicious. The pools and beaches are clean and not overcrowded and the kudamunti are adorable and can be seen all over the resort. The a la carte restaurants are a must try. Would come back.
