Concierge desk at building 6 were outstanding Kevin and Jonathon were very helpful and exceeded our expectations. They were able to solve the problem with my safe and were very helpful with dinner reservations. If you have a chance to interact with the concierge desk you won’t be disappointed.

Above and Beyond Service
Blue Bay customer service was great! Carlos our concierge was helpful from the moment we arrived. I forgot my phone charger and he went out of his way to accurate me and help find a solution. He grabbed a phone charger on his off time and brought it to me the next day! This kind gesture made my whole trip, knowing how the workers go above and beyond to make sure our trip went perfect. Thank you Carlos!

only giving 4 stars because of the lack of lounge chairs poolside, I understand people saving chairs but when no one shows up for over 2hrs its frustrating, otherwise we enjoyed the resort, buffet and ala carte restaurants were all good, staff was very friendly and courteous, everything was very clean, expect to put a lot of steps in, the grounds are huge!

Birthday trip with friend.

Great concierge keeps promises a doer
We were not happy with the resort apon arrival. Seems that everything that could go wrong did. Then we met Carlos and even though we thought just another promise that won’t happen. He went over and above for us. He made our 46 th anniversary wonderfully special 💝
