    Restaurante festival

    Elrestaurante bufet atención personalizada y muy atentos . Solicitamos que Kevin Espinoza sea el manajer del hotel y restaurante en general para poner acorde al personal de no ser racista con los mexicanos. Probé los tragos del balck and White nuy bien

    Would definitely go back to The Blue Bay Esmerelda!

    Really Great Experience. The Food was amazing, the proximity to either the pool or the beach were nice and close to each other. The Staff was amazing. Shout out to Lizbeth for exceptional beach service. Yes, the rooms were tired, but they were very clean. The wildlife was incredible. My only real complaint is that there were never enough beach chairs. We really enjoyed 10 wonderful days.

    Club coralia : une expérience exceptionnelle

    Hotel vraiment paradisiaque ! Nous sommes venus dans le club coralia ou nous avons trouvé des animateurs extraordinaires , d une gentillesse et d un professionnalisme vraiment super ! Merci à Manu ( le chef ) ainsi qu à Luz, Marie et Luis .....

    The staff was amazing and always ready to serve and give you the best service. Always have a smile on their faces and super friendly to deal with. The food was fantastic. I’m usually a picky eater and there was a little of everything available to eat. Festival restaurant was my favorite buffet. They rotated options every night. You’d have French cuisine, Mexican, oriental, Italian.. etc. The food was delicious and the restaurant cool to get away from the heat outside. All around fantastic. Rooms were clean and cool at night. The only downside was the beaches did have a lot of seaweed, but that’s expected due to the time of year we travelled here. The bars were great and the drinks delicious! Like other comments, if you absolutely want to be by the pool, you’ll have to get up early to claim a spot. They’ll usually only become available closer to late afternoon. Same for shady spots on the beach, but we’d just drag a chair under a tree

    Magnifique voyage au mexique ou les gens sont très accueillant.

    Magnifique voyage, et magnifique rencontre et excursions. Avec le club coralia, Marie, Luz , Luise et Manu sont génial, gentil et disponible. Avec toutes les activités diverses et varier ou il nous font participer. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermer. Merci encore à eux pour nous avoir fait passer de merveilleuse vacances.
