Great weather and people but bad maintenance
Great people, good food. amazing weather but the maintenance of the place isn’t terrible. had leaks for days without fix, problems with the shower. the people who run the kitchen and activities are amazing and the bartenders are great, the only issue is the upkeep. other then that i recommend!

The entertainment crew make this place so much fun also the bartenders at the black and white are also amazing!
We had such a great time, this was our second time here and it didn’t disappoint. Really enjoyed playing the games and winning little gifts Shout out to Micheal and the crew , they are always smiling and make you feel like you are visiting family ❤️ Also the bartenders at the black and white club were great

Family memories made here!!!
Fabulous experience with my family. The staff worked all day for our benefit. They cleaned, painted, scrubbed, cooked, served, moved furniture, and poured with our enjoyment as their top priority. While there were staff who were less friendly it was the exception and not the rule. Maybe the food wasn't always appealing to my taste yet the high standard by which it was prepared was evident. Be sure to find Cesar Eliva on the beach to book one of the many excursions he has to offer!!

As a solo experience I’d say it’s been fun to have the freedom to explore, though as a family or couple experience, good
Great staff, fun activities and the food is very decent. Well worth the price! The music and entertainment throughout the day and into the night have all been interactive and fun to join in. Learning the basic steps to la bachata proved easier than expected. Arielis and michel, two of the younger staff members provided more than enough occasions to join fun events including beach volleyball and darts competitions. 100% would recommend!

Nice place just not a 4star
The resort is definitely not a 4star 3 at best . If you can get by with the very outdated rooms then it’s a great place . The wifi is horrible. Now the good stuff the food is very good the rooms and ground are very clean the front desk was very accommodating, the beach is awesome. Some of the staff could be a little friendlier. The two bartenders in the lobby bar are amazing Pablo and Evariste . And the the two ladies making the omelettes are amazing as well they can’t pay these four enough for how they treat the people they serve . I was there from January 16 to January 23 . All and all we had a good time it’s what you make of it .
