    Holiday inn express only worse!

    Place looks like from 1980! Room may have been clean but felt unlcean! Had to carry my luggage upstairs…how do handicapped people stay here? No blanket on bed and water says unpotable next to sink! Overall felt like a holiday inn express only worse! Dj playing annoying music until 11pm , not relaxing at all!

    Horrible

    This place is a dump. Nothing like The pictures shown. It is run down and needs a complete renovation. There’s a DJ pumping music by the pool all day till 11:00PM which you can hear clearly In your room. Not sure how it’s a 4 star rating when it’s really more like a 2z very disappointed

    Christmas in Paradise

    The resort is awesome!! The shows are awesome! Entertainment staff make sure you are always having a great time. The rooms are ok, the beach is beautiful. Lots of vendors on the beach to book excursion. Talk to Lois is here! He will give you great deals. Arielis is beautiful and fun to hang with!!

    Great place to stay!

    Amazing food. Awesome staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The shows they put on every night were fun pool was fantastic. A Had issues with my ac they fixed right away. Stocked the mini fridge right up Would definitely come again

    Excellent

    We came for Christmas was kinda worried about this place but considering all the people who work there made this experience wonderful, the food was amazing the Christmas supper was the best I have ever had . The omelet lady was always smiling. There was some people very rude to the front desk staff which is so uncalled for the people are just doing thier job which they are all great at . Tha k you for all you do keep smiling and God bless .
