Resort was beautiful and all the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. So much to do from treatments, water sports that are included as well as excursions. Sherman and Andre in water sports were extremely patient as I tried waterskiing for the first time. I highly recommend the resort.

This was my 16th visit to the Body Holiday. Since Covid it has become incredibly expensive for what it offers. I was not able to have a room anywhere near my choice and this has not happened previously. I was told the resort was full but that was not obvious in any of the restaurants. The service in all restaurants was very good especially at tea time in the Club House. The food was better than in previous years although the fish was frequently overcooked. The Spa was "tired" and the outside areas were peeling and in need of a refurbish. Therapists were excellent. Plenty of sunbeds and good beach service.

The only resort for true relaxation
Staying at Body Holiday Resort in Saint Lucia is like finding a slice of paradise. As soon as you arrive, the friendly smiling staff make you feel right at home. The resort is right on the gorgeous Cariblue Beach, and the views of Pigeon Island National Park are simply stunning. The air conditioned rooms are comfy and have everything you need in luding robes and slippers. But the real star is the spa—it feels like a sanctuary. You can get all kinds of treatments that’ll leave you feeling totally refreshed. Cabey was especially helpful in assisting me to find the perfect treatments, and is amazingly talented in performing them. Shout out to Samson and Shanel in the spa were so helpful in identifying my skin type and suggesting just the right facials and products. There’s never a dull moment here, with activities ranging from yoga to archery. I highly suggest stretch in the morning and evening to get your day off to a great start before a hard day of relaxing on the beach! Denver is a great bodyguard and so much fun! If you're not sure if what activity to do, visit Leah in the activities center for help choosing. The food is another highlight. Don't miss Tao or Windows, but make your reservation early as they fill up fast. We enjoyed every meal at BH. The buffet never disappointed, breakfast lunch and dinner were all amazing. It was honestly hard not to go back for seconds! Save room for dessert, it's delightful. Simone in Cariblue was always the smiling face we needed each and every morning. Everyone at the restaurants is so kind, I wish I could name them all! One of the best parts about staying here is the sense of community. You'll meet lots of interesting people from all over the world, and the social atmosphere makes it easy to make new friends. We are so sad to be leaving after a weeks stay at BH and are already planning our next trip back (it won't be soon enough!). Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful experience.

Amazing trip!
First time in Saint Lucia and at Bodyholiday. Went for a week from October 27 to November 3. Amazing experience! This place is great for solo traveler. Loved the mix of activities, wellness and relaxation. Food is amazing, beach is small but big enough. Sea is calm, clean, perfect for swimming and water sports. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay and incredible staff
This was our first time coming here and we will absolutely be coming back. This resort is incredible, tons of activities, staff were extremely kind and caring and the food was excellent. There was some beach work going while we were here but the resort was extremely apologetic offered some compensation and it did not interfere with our stay at all. And ultimately the beach work is to improve the experience for hotel guests. We are 100% coming back and we cannot wait!!
