Second time here and once again blown away by the top level service from the team who work hard to learn your name and your preferences within days of being there. Every. Single. Team. Member that I walked past Every. Single. Day over 3 weeks stopped to ask how my day was going. The team is what make this a top level resort. Notable mentions in the Cariblue Restaurant - Simone and Chalene who made me smile everyday. On the beach team - Gilly and Dwayne for whom nothing was too much trouble (thank-you for pulling me out of the surf when I couldn't quite make it out of the sea), and then the wonderful Mya and her transcendental sound bath on the hibiscus deck that touched deep down in my soul. Thank-you team body Holiday!!!

Paradise!!!!
This is paradise on earth! Pros: incredible food that is healthy, instructors who are fantastic teachers and very knowledgeable and encouraging, gorgeous beach, fabulous service (staff remember what you like, bring food/drink to you on beach). You will leave feeling well rested, with a stronger body and mind. It was my second time and I would go again for sure. Cons: it’s far from the airport and the drive is a bit nauseating. There is a helicopter, but I didn’t take it because they scare me. That may be better though. The cost is also high. The prices went up by a substantial amount in a short time. But that’s everything these days.

If I’m going to rate my experience, five out of five. I’m gonna give it a 10. There was absolutely no complaint on anything. The food was fabulous. The staff was amazing. The view was incredible and the experience was out of this world. My room was great very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing and I’m a healthy eater and a chef. The exercise programs and classes Were very good as a matter fact I came home and tried to see if I could find a water aerobics class. I had never done that before. I was so much stronger when I returned home that my yoga at home was easier and better. The spa experience was truly amazing. Every day you have a spa service and I chose something different daily. However, I chose three massages during my stay of a week and I extended the time to an hour and a half for an extra $40. You can’t beat it What’s even more incredible is that over 40% of the people that were at the resort were returning customers. That tells you all you really need to know. I met a great group of solo travelers and we all decided that we’re going to meet next year at the same time. Some of us have already made reservations for next year. You’ll have to try it to believe it. I recommend it highly.

Already booking my 4th time. The body holiday has become my happy place.
once again, I had the time of my life. This is THE holiday destination for sporty singles and Yasmine, the manager is a star: the service is impeccable, the bodyguards are kind, dynamic, funny (Deano, Darren), the gardens very well kept and food is good. 5/5

Great vibes
A very enjoyable trip, very attentive staff, especially the water-skiing boat driver (sherman). In the evening you can join the communal table, so you are not eating on your own and is a great way to meet people. All the different activities are also a great way to try new things/meet people, but you are under no pressure to do these, you can be a lazy or active as you like. The daily spa treatments are very good, sometimes difficult to fit everything in.
