Never Again!
The holiday itself was absolutely beautiful—there’s no complaint there. This has been a favorite destination for my family for years. Unfortunately, this time, after my departure, unexpected charges appeared on my account. When I reached out to customer service, I received no assistance. I've been trying to resolve this issue for over a month now, yet there’s been no explanation or solution. Instead, the reception staff vaguely "assume" that the charges were for trips and fail to provide invoices. The customer service is shockingly poor and completely unhelpful, which tarnishes the reputation of this otherwise wonderful establishment. It’s such a shame. Despite it being a long-time favorite of ours, I can’t see myself returning after this experience.

Good, but there is room for improvement
Our issues began shortly after we had made our booking and we wanted to reserve treatments via the Webroom (the resort's on-line booking engine). The Webroom wouldn't let us register, we reached out to Body Holiday repeatedly before someone sorted the issue out and got back in touch with us. After we were finally able to access the Webroom, each time we attempted to make a booking, we received an error message saying 'the time was not available.' We would select another open time slot from the 'available times' only to receive the same error message. You can imagine, by the time we arrived at the resort, most massages, treatments, etc. were booked up and we had trouble scheduling anything in person. The resort itself is nice, but I would hesitate to say it's luxury. (also, it is worth noting that the resort is on the northern coast of the island, and the airport is on the southern tip. Which means you have a two-hour drive over some narrow, windy roads to get to and from the resort) It is located on a lovely private beach that provides wonderful scenery and sunsets. There are multiple pools, restaurants, activity areas, etc. to enjoy sprinkled throughout the resort. It is so large that every morning they offer a new guest orientation tour to familiarize you with the property, which we found very helpful and I would recommend to first-timers. Our favorite aspect of the resort, and indeed why we chose it, was the variety of activities offered every day. Not only were we able to try/learn activities we had never experienced before such as archery or pickleball, but the instructors who are there are at the top of their fields. The man running the volleyball clinic while we were there was a two-time olympian. The man giving golf lessons has represented St. Lucia internationally multiple times. The list goes on. My point is that receiving such instruction from experts is nearly unheard of and would be expensive, but it is available at Body Holiday. Additionally, they offer numerous activities off of the resort such as hiking the Pitons, daily runs, etc. The last thing I want to mention is the restaurants. There were five, I think, some more casual and others fancier that required a reservation. (I found this irritating also, there are five restaurants, but not a single one has a sign of any kind. As first-time guests, we had no idea which restaurant was which, some of them are adjacent to each other, and some change to be different restaurants at different times. We found it confusing) The fancier restaurants we ate at (Windows and Tao) were very good. The atmosphere, food, and service were all fantastic. The casual restaurants; Cairblue, The Wellness cafe, and the Pavillion Grill leave a lot to be desired. The staff at these restaurants was indifferent and did the minimum. We felt as if we were inconveniencing them asking for anything. Additionally, the food at these restaurants was average at best. The portion sizes were small and nothing we had during our stay was particularly good. Over all we had an enjoyable trip and we would recommend Body Holiday to anyone looking for an active/relaxing tropical holiday in the Caribbean.

Top Level Service - Team Wide
Second time here and once again blown away by the top level service from the team who work hard to learn your name and your preferences within days of being there. Every. Single. Team. Member that I walked past Every. Single. Day over 3 weeks stopped to ask how my day was going. The team is what make this a top level resort. Notable mentions in the Cariblue Restaurant - Simone and Chalene who made me smile everyday. On the beach team - Gilly and Dwayne for whom nothing was too much trouble (thank-you for pulling me out of the surf when I couldn't quite make it out of the sea), and then the wonderful Mya and her transcendental sound bath on the hibiscus deck that touched deep down in my soul. Thank-you team body Holiday!!!

Paradise!!!!
This is paradise on earth! Pros: incredible food that is healthy, instructors who are fantastic teachers and very knowledgeable and encouraging, gorgeous beach, fabulous service (staff remember what you like, bring food/drink to you on beach). You will leave feeling well rested, with a stronger body and mind. It was my second time and I would go again for sure. Cons: it’s far from the airport and the drive is a bit nauseating. There is a helicopter, but I didn’t take it because they scare me. That may be better though. The cost is also high. The prices went up by a substantial amount in a short time. But that’s everything these days.

Try it you’ll like it. As Mikey says.
If I’m going to rate my experience, five out of five. I’m gonna give it a 10. There was absolutely no complaint on anything. The food was fabulous. The staff was amazing. The view was incredible and the experience was out of this world. My room was great very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing and I’m a healthy eater and a chef. The exercise programs and classes Were very good as a matter fact I came home and tried to see if I could find a water aerobics class. I had never done that before. I was so much stronger when I returned home that my yoga at home was easier and better. The spa experience was truly amazing. Every day you have a spa service and I chose something different daily. However, I chose three massages during my stay of a week and I extended the time to an hour and a half for an extra $40. You can’t beat it What’s even more incredible is that over 40% of the people that were at the resort were returning customers. That tells you all you really need to know. I met a great group of solo travelers and we all decided that we’re going to meet next year at the same time. Some of us have already made reservations for next year. You’ll have to try it to believe it. I recommend it highly.
