  Relaxing getaway

  This family-owned resort may lack the glitz and glamor of the large corporate complexes, but if offers fabulous food and drinks, beach (in a bay, so no waves), pool (with swim-up bar), access to snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, daily activities and nightly entertainment. Rooms are clean and with comfy new mattresses; decor and furniture somewhat dated. The open-air, multi-level restaurant features wonderful food with daily specials and friendly service. There is a beautiful catamaran ("Heavenly Days") docked on-site which provides (for an additional fee) daily sails -- to St. John, swimming with turtles, snorkeling, sunset cruises, and other itineraries.

  Little Slice of Paradise

  Bolongo Bay Resort truly is a little slice of paradise. We loved everything about our stay (comfortable clean room, outstanding food, tasty variety of drinks, daily activities for those who like to stay busy, live music during dinner, excursions on the boat, breathtaking views) but most of all we loved the staff who all went above & beyond to take care of us & ensure we enjoyed our time there.

  Wonderful location, lousy toilets

  The location was great. Our room was right on the beach. The food was okay, there were some wonderful meals and some disappointments. The room was tidy and most of the staff was attentive. The toilet in our room did not always flush for half of the evenings of our stay; this was rather frustrating.

  My 50th birthday w my family

  We had a fantastic time at Bolongo bay resort! Very relaxing accommodation and everything and everyone was very nice, they gave us a lovely room on the third floor with fabulous views! Front desk Linda and Yolanda were both great, very cordial and helpful! Managers David, Gavin and also Lynn we amazing- Lynn packed us some needed food for us! They always tried to seat us where we wished Jamal and Jameson were always there to help w smile The servers Albert, Donna, kiana, Triva from Indiana all very nice - they sometime would run out of dessert but David or Albert would find something sweet to end our nights - our compliments to the chef which we didn’t get to sadly meet! Muffin baskets, biscuits, bang bang shrimp and the wings were great! Rocky, 007 and Tim all made lovely drinks, BBC was hands down my favorite The bands and karaoke was all fun John was nice at the beach as well as Felicia we had a nice sip and paint and tie-dye session At the end we forgot my belt bag and Enecia from front desk called me and she and Linda arranged for Mr Mulley taxi driver and kindly he brought it to airport for me!! Much appreciated. I’m sorry if i forgot someone! Thank you Bolongo bay resort team for making my 50th birthday celebration a success, we hope to return to your beautiful island!   Its like a big house party, meet people from all over, families, couples and its just wonderful, laid back and FUN!!!

  Room was freah and very clean, pillows and bed was comfortable. The view, room 309 was amaZing! So many activities. Kayaking, paddle boarding and the snorkeling out on the property is WAY GOOD! Dont sleep on that, do it! The food! OMG the food!!!! Karaoke, sip n paint dance lessons! Pool was clean and fun and swim up bar was awesome! This place knows how to do it! Thank you Bolongo Bay we will be back!
