Great service. Food good, but options are too limited.
Service is very, very solid. All staff aim to please and quickly remember you. There were a few occasions where there did not seem to be enough staff (e.g. only one waiter in the lobby bar at night), yet everyone works very hard. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly each day and turn down was provide each night. The entire resort was clean and orderly. I had a massage and hydrotherapy in the spa - wonderful!! Overall, the food and drinks were good; however, my biggest disappointment was the frequency with which restaurants were closed. Several nights there were only 2-alacarte restaurant options, which I find sub-par for a resort of this size. Other nights the Alacarte restaurants noted in the Hyatt App as being open, were turned into a buffet. Lastly, I'd like to see a bit more live entertainment in the lobby bar or at the pools.

Great for both relaxation and party!
I went with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time! A great mix of relaxation and party atmosphere. We splurged for the Xhale Club and it was worth every penny! The club rooftop pool is relaxed and has a gorgeous view, the breakfast at Silk City was amazing, and our room felt so luxurious especially with the ocean view.

Breathless soul cancun - could do better for a beautiful property
Breathless is a fantastic property especially the xhale club. The staff are warm and friendly and very responsive. Entertainment was sub par. Especially the DJs did diservice by playing only one genre of music and would not take any requests. The food was alright except for Picante the mexican restaurant.

Not that bad
The resort is nice, just need to share the beach with the public’s. Food is good but only 2-3 restaurants open every night, not much choices. I thought I could eat more steak but the grill restaurant Fishnets only has one day A la cart and always buffet.

Very underwhelming.
I wish the food was better here. It was hard to find a good meal where anything was hot. A lot of the restaurants in the resort had a small selection of things to pick from and it was never really satisfying. Anytime I had steamed vegetables on my plate they might as well have served them raw because they were always undercooked and COLD. The entertainment (when they had it) was kind of boring and the entertainers didn’t really look like they wanted to be there. This was supposed to be a fun “party vibe” resort and I don’t really get that feeling too much in the week that I spent there. It’s not very hot in Mexico in December, after all it’s their winter, but I feel like the pools could have been heated and it would made for a much more pleasant experience. The HOT TUB wasn’t even hot when you got in. It was only a tad bit warmer than the pools so it was a bit disappointing. For the price you pay to stay at a resort like this you expect excellence, and this was not that. I will say, the bed in our room was probably the best part of the vacation and that’s sad. But it was some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while.
