Resort beautiful and Comfortable but outside is real Jamaica 🇯🇲
Over all a great place to stay . Need better cultured events that are true to Jamaica . I do recommend leaving the resort to really get a feel of Jamaica. The food outside the resort was soooo good . And workers need better pay due to the resort charging so much but the workers live off tips . Definitely didn’t like hearing that part .

Birthday in Jamaica
Amazing experience can't wait to do it again! It was my first time in Jamaica and I have no regrets!!! Wish I would have booked an extra day. All inclusive is the only way to go. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. Jamaica, No Problem!!!!

Breathless resort, the party place
For those wanting to live it up at night with dancing, bars, pool parties and the such with a later wake up in the morning breathless resorts seem to be the way to go. The front desk was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Adding to the fact that you can also hop on over to the secrets side for restaurants and the beach was great

...Redo needed..
...I have mixed reviews from my stay at Breathless. We arrived on Tuesday and everything started out great. As the evening went along we noticed less staff. We were starving, decided to order room service. Now mind you I've paid for the Xhale Club level with personal Butler, turn down service, premium beverages, 24/7 menu, etc. Well not realizing or being told a strike was in progress, we tried to order food and the kitchen staff, kept hanging up on us. We finally called the front desk and they connected us, but of course the person was rude. Everything we asked for from the menu, they didn't have. So finally they said we have chicken. And that's just what we got, dry chicken breast with a watered down jerk sauce on top. They gave us honey to put on our salads? Later we were told if we wanted dinner we had to go to Secrets side, which we did. They had one restaurant open and I really do appreciate the staff that stayed to work for the people at the resorts. We finally got a table and service. After a few sips of my drink and a bit of salad, I got so sick to my stomach. We eneded up leaving in the middle of our meal but lucked up getting a golf cart ride back to our resort. A wonderful young man, named Brandon, was driving us, we mentioned that I felt ill and he had hot ginger tea and honey sent to my room. That made me feel good, even as bad as I felt. Luckily when we woke up Wednesday morning, the strike was paused. Our concierge fill in for that day, helped us get dinner and pool cabana reservations etc. Rory, our regular concierge, took really good care of us, until we departed. The food, on the resort, was nothing to rave about. The one meal and wine we enjoyed, was at the Japanese style restaurant, over at Secrets. I honestly felt like the resort needed wrist bands or something because I didn't feel like I got the Xhale service, I paid for. At no time, did any staff come up to me and asks if I wanted a drink or refreshment. Its like you had to quickly ask staff as they were passing by. If I saw others being serviced, it was only because it was a group of people partying together. I just didn't get that "special" V.I.P. feeling, I was told about. And nothing against Jamaica at all, the people are beautiful and island as well. If Hyatt advertises a service, that's what I expected. Kudos again to the staff, housekeeping did a great job, resorts and grounds were kept well. The Amstar reps, were very helpful and friendly. And also. maybe give some appreciation to your vacationing tobacco smokers. Maybe adding a cigar lounge, especially if you have to isolate yourself, in order to smoke. The area they had at the pool area, was unattended, and the cabanas needed care and towels. Maybe waterproofing the canopies over the cabanas, the cushions were sopping wet each day...
