Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

We had an amazing stay with a larger group. The staff is what really stood out! From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed Xavier took care of our belongings and helped us get ready to go to the pool while we awaited our room being ready! Emelio checked us into the exhale club and helped us arrange a perfect semi private group dinner for my birthday. He checked in on us throughout our whole stay and is so friendly. Memo stood out on entertainment and was present day and night!! Christian the bartender was so attentive and made a great drink we made up and just named it “the Christian” haha! We will be back for a fun time. The food was good, some of it great. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms were so clean just some of the furniture looks like it could be refreshed and as stated everywhere they do everything they can to clean up the beach of seaweed it’s just not great but we spent the entire trip at the pool anyway!

Juan Carlos pool serve r
Our server at the pool Juan Carlos made our trip! He was extremely helpful and made our experience exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best ! He was very personable and attentive! Thank you Juan Carlos we are looking forward to coming back !

This review is for the pool staff at Breathless. Carlos the Pool Concierge and Juan Carlos our server at the pool made our trip so amazing and memorable! We celebrated two milestone birthdays with our group and they made it so special and fun. Thank you!

An amazing experience. The service was immaculate. Carlos (pool concierge) and Juan Carlos (pool server) were amazing and gave me the best birthday experience ever. They were awesome! And made our trip the best one yet thank you so much for going above and beyond. They were awesome!

Very nice property but book with caution..
The resort itself is awesome... Clean, well maintained & proximity to beach couldn't be any closer. The Spa is 1st class, you must experience it, especially the Hydro-Therapy circuit.. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Good restaurant options... Entertainment was not at all diverse, catered to the young and Caucasian crowd only. Very nice pool area complete with a section that has couches in the pool ( you don't get wet and you have to pay an extra $200 to use them) There is a bar with TV's that faces one side of the pool so you can watch the game while in the water... It's a great property that will give you good bang for your buck.. Cons: The road in and out of there has a mile long section that is full of LARGE holes that the driverS going in BOTH directions are trying to navigate around and it makes that part of the ride horrific. It wouldn't be because of where it's located but think SINK HOLE waiting to happen...It's a road that would never remain as such in the states... Also: Do NOT book thru Hyatt Inclusive. I paid a month in advance thru them only to get to hotel and them tell me they have no payment from Hyatt. It was a fiasco that I had to spend hours making calls and sending emails to resolve because no one could seem to find my $4K they took on 10/25. If you go here, book DIRECT and even them MAKE them give you a PAID IN FULL receipt BEFORE you arrive because they are tricky...
