The resort has a great atmosphere! Great music and entertainment. The pools were good temperature! The beach isn’t nice at all but we knew that before coming! The food was all great except our room service. Our room would have been great but it was in a bad location! It was swim out room right beside the other resort. All we could hear was a grease duct fan:( we asked to switch rooms and they didn’t have any other swim out rooms available. Only a basic room which is not what we paid for. I wasn’t able to attach a video:( the pictures we took mostly pointed away from the other resort which did look beautiful.

Review for Breathless Cancun Riviera Stay Dates: December 19–20, 2024 I am deeply concerned about the handling of food preparation at Breathless Cancun Riviera, as I witnessed multiple incidents that compromised food safety standards during my stay. December 19, 2024 – Spoon Buffet: A cook at the made-to-order burrito station was observed rolling burritos with bare hands. Alarmingly, he was also seen licking his fingers while rolling the burritos and their contents. December 20, 2024 – Spoon Buffet: A different cook at the same burrito station placed her bare hand into a bag of cheese after handling both sausage and tortillas without gloves or washing her hands. December 20, 2024 – Energy Pool: A staff member was seen handling uncooked hotdogs with bare hands, taking them directly from the bag to place on the grill. December 20, 2024 – Silk City: A worker preparing sushi rolls displayed extremely concerning behavior. She was observed carrying several serving plates, opening the station gate, plating sushi, and handling raw meat directly from the fridge—all with bare hands. Additionally, this worker was seen eating and drinking while preparing sushi rolls, without ever using the nearby sink to wash her hands. These concerns were discussed with staff, who appeared genuinely concerned and receptive to the feedback, which was greatly appreciated. That said, it’s important to note that overall, the good outweighed the bad. The resort staff was absolutely amazing, the vibe was awesome, and the entertainment was fantastic. With improvements in food handling practices, this resort has the potential to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Fantastic all inclusive resort. Amazing food and superior selection of restaurants. Great couples get away or party time with friends. High quality service! Hats off to Natalia and Emilio who made the experience extra special going the distance.

Lovely vacation in the sun
Excellent! Great service, clean grounds but the beach is rocky and less than par, however this is the norm in the area. Only two complaints ; pillows were very hard and no straws. If you enjoy the blended drinks I would recommend bringing your own straws or a reusable cup with one.

My room supposed to been ocean view with upgraded bar.. no bar and they could not accommodate bc they no longer offer that but that is what I paid far. Everywhere including our room was musty and everything stayed damp in the room, bed, pillows, clothes etc. I complained the first night bc that’s not what we paid for and it was useless. They gave us 1 bottle of vodka and a romantic breakfast. Our ocean view room was nothing but tall tree views and was told of we pay 600 we could move. All week we was hassled about presentations ! It was our anniversary and I’m totally disappointed I will never stay there again. I didn’t even sit on the couch’s as u can see it was filthy and the room had baby roaches
