  • General Policies: Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties.

    No shows and early departures will incur a Full Stay penalty and applicable product penalties.

    Minimum night stay: 4 nights (Jun 18, 2011 - Aug 19, 2011 for reservations made Jun 8, 2011 - Jun 18, 2011).

    Hotel Deposit Requirements
    A credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for telephone and incidental charges.

    Hotel Spring Break Policy
    Breezes does not accept student groups at any time of the year. Breezes considers a student group as: any travel agency or wholesaler that has more than two (2) rooms arriving/departing a gateway city at the same time with clients ages 22 years or younger. These reservations will be subject to denied accommodations.
    While this hotel strongly discourages spring breakers, it cannot guarantee a spring-break- free environment.
